I was here at 5;15 and had a appointment at 6pm and never been seen to get my taxes done I did see one worker standing around and never took me back to get my taxes done which means I will sue this establishment for taking advantage of me. If I spouse to have my taxes at 6pm I spouse to be back there

If I could leave negative 5 stars I would. Completely unprofessional, either they never return your phone calls or they don’t answer the phone completely. Choose a different branch to go to for your own sanity. Have not heard anything about my tax returns this year yet and we are at the end of May. Unacceptable do better. Will be reporting this location to the Better Business Bureau.

Our H & R tax visit this year and in the past has been easy, secure and timely. Our tax professionals were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Ensuring we received all deductions we were entitled to receive. All of this at a fair price. Great job H & R Block
