“I purchased a dryer from this Lowes location and there is a gentleman there in that department by the name of Aaron. This guy is what any company would love to have representing them! Aaron helped me with the purchase of the dryer, full of information, and I had to make two more trips back to the store because I forgot the flexible hose that goes in the back of the dryer. He assisted me with that. I also realized that the dryer did not fit because of the dryer hose that I thought would work, and I returned the vent hose and I saw Aaron and he asked is everything ok? I told him that the hose I selected first, did not work because it makes my dryer stick out too far and I am unable to close the door. He said no problem and he showed me the more flexible hose that would work, and he did this while he was on his lunch hour. Did I mention that Aaron had a smile on his face the entire time...Talk about customer service! I really hope that someone at this Lowes location recognizes this gentleman for his efforts!”

“Came with my Husband yesterday to this Home Depot. We ask many employees for help. And no one came, to even ask us what do we need help with.

“Ms. Tineal was very helpful when I asked her for a somewhat strange request today. I was nervous to buy straw for a stray cat I am caring for because when I was a kid, my parents put a bail of straw in the car, which resulted in an infestation of wolf spiders. One huge one crawled out of the cusions of the back seat while we were out to dinner and I was mortified and frightened for months.The straw I bought this time was bagged, which I had specifically looked for. But there were a few holes in the bag, which made me nervous. Ms. Tineal was very understanding and kind as she helped me patch the holes with packing tape. I felt goofy asking for this but she made me feel like my request was totally reasonable.”

“I visit this store often. New faces every so often. Last week, I visited back to back days in the morning before a remodel on a room. I had multiple employees pass without a good morning or hello, EXCEPT, Ms. Cynthia. Not only did she greet me, but she provided a smile. It's the small things. I could have shopped anywhere and Ms. Cynthia made me feel welcomed. I did inform her that her greetings were small gestures that meant a lot.”
