After running into many obstacles with trying to get my bed bound 83 year old mother the COVID and flu vaccines, her PCP referred me to High Street Pharmacy. During my initial call to the pharmacy, I spoke with Dipen and he reassured me that she would be able to get the vaccines. He contacted her insurance company and then we made arrangements for him to come to our home to administer the vaccines to my mother.This in-home service is awesome!

I went to their other location in Bryans Road they were do polite and knowledgeable. They got my granddaughter meds and even offered to drop them off to me if I am unable to wait.

He contacted her insurance company and we made arrangements for him to come to our home to administer the vaccines to her. This in-home service that Dipen provides is awesome!!!

This pharmacy is absolutely the best. When my prescription got lost in the mail I panicked and worked to transfer my prescription over to this discount pharmacy. I am so grateful that I did. After speaking with and working with Dipem Patel (Dr), he graciously helped and had my medication on hand. He even tried to get my prescription transferred and did everything he could to make sure I had a positive experience. I had no idea this pharmacy was here but I’m so glad I do know now. If I am able to transfer future medications I can promise it’s going to be here. Customer service is unmatched!! They are responsive and solution oriented. Thank you thank you thank you!

I was looking for my prescription and no one had it. Someone referred me High Street Pharmacy and when I called, it was the most seamless transaction I have ever made. The pharmacist explained everything to me regarding the medicine, then called the pharmacy with where my prescription was to have it transferred over. The pharmacist called me back in less than five minutes to tell me my prescription was ready for pick up. Oh and did I mention he counseled me on the medication when I came in. Knowledgeable and great customer service

This little store is a hidden jem! My son was out of his medication and all the big name brand store were not restocking for 3 weeks but High St Pharmacy saved the day for me. I will be travel down here for now on to pick up my son's medications. The guy was very helpful over the phone and nice and helpful in the store. Thankfully I found this pharmacy.

I can't express how grateful I am to have found High Street Discount Pharmacy. There was a shortage on a medication I needed and High St Discount Pharmacy was the only pharmacy in area who had it available. The staff was helpful and very knowledgeable.

So grateful and thankful to have found this wonderful High Street Discount Pharmacy in Waldorf Maryland. Absolutely fantastic customer service! A brilliant, extremely knowledgeable, caring pharmacist named Dipen helped me and my family during a crisis by navigating and resolving a complex situation with my son’s prescription to ensure he got the medicine he needed right away, and that we got the best price. He went above and beyond and provided me with information, help, and guidance, when no one else was able to. I literally don’t know what I would of done without his expert help and guidance, and our entire family is so very thankful for him. Also, they have a very kind and wonderful staff as well.
