“This is specifically for the bakery dept. I ordered a 1/4 sheet cake to be picked up on 7/9/24, After speaking with Maya for the basics, we got in to what decorations I needed on it. I gave her the wording I wanted but told her to have fun with the colors and any other decorations on it. She knocked it out of the park!! My coworkers all loved it and it was such a hit. Thank you for making so many of us smile today! The cake was yummy too!”

“I need to give a huge thank you to Deborah who was in self checkout today at the St. Patrick’s drive Food Lion. My seven year old son picked out flowers for me for Mother’s Day. He didn’t want me to know and was trying to keep me from seeing them. He went first at checkout and was trying so hard to keep it a surprise and I was continuing to pretend I had no idea what he had. Deborah recognized all of this happening and was the SWEETEST!!! She helped him get them bagged up and hidden he was so proud. We came home and he was able to get them all set up. She really went above and beyond today in making something happen in this little boys eyes and helping this momma by helping him. Thank you so much!!!!!!”

“I stumbled upon this place locally and saw why some people called it a hidden gem on Google. We're from California so our idea of "Taco Tuesday" includes Cali-style street tacos and those can be found few and far between here in our new city. I entered and immediately thought of the local markets around where I grew up. Fresh produce (fruits/veggies/staples and specialties like Aloe and nopal leaves). The aisles were well organized and clean. There were multiple types of products ranging from Mexico to South America and even the Caribbean. The bread/pastries were fresh and looked so delicious! I was able to find the size tortillas I wanted and also order the carne asada and carnitas which was dressed with cilantro, onion, and pineapple. (It turned out delicious by the way!). There were also other goods including piñatas, toiletries, different cheeses and cremas, and so many other goods! Super affordable and fresh! It's connected to a taqueria which I talked my husband into trying very soon! Lastly, the cashier and other shopkeeper were keeping busy adjusting shelves and assisting customers. Definitely recommend for your next Taco Tuesday!”

“Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. I would like to suggest that the loose leaf teas be re-located to where more people can find them and to use scoopers or larger spoons for scooping up teas. Many people spill most of the teas because the current plastic spoons used are too small.”

“This store is small but packed. They have been in business for many years. I go to get spices and lentils. They also carry a great brand of Chai tea powder, which makes an amazing spicy cuppa. The owner is gracious in explaining what you may not understand about Indian food. They also have a good selection of snacks.”

“Safeway has a big presence in Washington state and California. Here I am in Southern Maryland with a very southern culture & Safeway was able to get me Smith Field Ham at a reasonable price. Thanks for helping with my holiday shopping”

“This store has been around for years and the last owner and current owner are Fantastic. If you want great customer service and treated with respect then this is the place. Jennifer has been working there awhile with the Lee's and now the current owner and she is absolutely wonderful.”

“The prices are the best in town but it's very annoying how some customers ignore the directional arrows and are allowed by the staff to back up to the pumps. I haven't seen this at any of the other locations I have visited.”

Specifically, the Hot Bar and the folks who work back there (Seafood Manager Jahmal & Quinton took great care of me earlier this week and I appreciate their awesome customer service).The food is delicious (Ms. Brenda makes the BEST food), always hot, and if they run out, they'll give you time to shop then find you in the store when your food is ready!And the best part: your meal is rarely over 7$, which is RARE in this economy! If you haven't tried the Hot Bar at Shoppers; you are truly missing out.”

“Well coming from NY NY and having a variety of Spanish markets, or bodegas. For this market being In Maryland very close to Waldorf you would have thought that there selection of not only Spanish foods, but vegetable would have been greater, but understandably not. So that being said it's still a stop and shop if your looking for special Spanish foods. Not all.”

“I came here because I wanted to get some Mother's Day cards and frankly do not like spending a lot on cards. The cheapest cards I could find were $2. And yes I'm cheap and yes I'd rather the money go to the present, so yeah I put them down in hopes of finding better cards and a great value. At any rate, I walked through some of the aisles and I was really hungry and gravitated toward the chip aisle. I really wanted some kettle barbecue chips and/or Pringles but I felt I wanted to be a little healthy so I opted to get pork rinds because of the low carb aspect. But then I found some chocolate with some almonds and had to have wandered down the halls and got a strainer as well. The store is comparable to the other dollar generals I have visited in the area. I felt service was a little slow but overall not a bad place to find some good ole cheap snacks:)”

“Since COVID I mainly take advantage of the app. I shop online, receive a text when ready and pick up my items. This avoids the long checkout lines, lifting items 3 times(shopping cart, checkout 2xs if self checkout and into car oh and 4 into my house forgot that one)
I sometimes go inside and pick up my cart but if you are patient the delivery representatives are so sweet and courteous... Again you have to be willing to be patient because sometimes you'll see folks get their items first that arrived after you and a couple of times I had to call and check the status of my carside delivery
Regardless of delays Iove the free option to shop from home checkout and pick up my items without going up and down the aisles at BJ's”

“I have shopped here over Twenty -five years.Nicest people ever from Cashiers to Car department.The Electronics people are amazing!The Shoe department is also very nice and well stocked. I get amazing customer service in Camping /sports also. I am impressed how they really try to keep up milk and frozen stock! Carts done often and parking lot clean!The Eye glass place friendly. I may not say this enough but staff have been there many years and work so very hard to load shelves and are super nice to customers. For volume they try really hard so Ladies give them a break and help be neater in bathrooms.My only regret is they do not sell tires or install,them.Health and beauty is also great they put out lots of stock to keep up but sometimes run low but that is to be expected Great at back to school and holiday decorations displays .They really try for space they have!Good laundry department for laundry products.All round great store.Oh also have a good men's clothing and sock /underwear department!I Find my light bulbs for car here!”

“I work in the service industry and I give every crappy Walmart a 5-star ONLY for the employees. Walmart is a terrible company that significantly underpays their employees and requires a lot out of them. We all know we only shop there because of their cheap prices. However, I have a huge issues with nasty entitled customers on here complaining about customer service. You are not better than these employees and until you work like they do for this crappy company your judgements are entitled and unfounded. You do not get top notch service for cheap prices. That is your entitlement. That is not how quality stuff works. My gripe is how crappy Walmart as a brand is and how crappy the customers are. I have never worked for Walmart and will never but I do work for service industry companies where I wish I could say to the company and to its guests f you and get over yourselves. You may have been privileged to not have to work jobs like these but in a capitalist society you entitled a fs NEED people to work these jobs in order to provide you with such cheap prices. Have respect for these people and when you do...their attitudes will change. Again, this review is not for Walmart. All Walmart's for the company get NGEATIVE stars. You're only rich because you take advantage of people...that's the capitalist way. I give 5-stars for EVERY Walmart employee who has to deal with a crappy company and entitled customers. I know it is not your fault if your crappy employer doesn't order the item your crappy customer is complaining about while the customer takes it out on you. I support you and know I hope those crappy customers as well as this crappy company goes to H-E- double hockey sticks.”

“Mr. Farhad Safi has excellent customer service skills. My son and I have been visiting the optical department in Waldorf since last year.Farhad has provided exceptional service to us for the past year. Always friendly, knowledgeable and professional he ensures we get the best eyeglasses and contact lens at the best prices. He always takes the time to speak when we stop in the store. I am not only inpressed with his outstanding customer care., but how great he is at his job! He called my son to let him know about the promotion for contacts because he remembered our conversation. “the gas is a good price, plenty of parking. New carts. I've found that veggies and meats are fresh and reasonably priced. The folks offering samples are typically helpful. Deli staff has always been good. I've never ordered from the bakery so I have no review of that. The car maintain staff are not the friendliest but they got the work done well. They were mostly aggravated with people coming in with no appointment. I guess they need to let people know that they aren't staffed for drop in business. Service desk has always been pleasant to deal with. I've not used their eye glass service so I cannot review that.”
