I just waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. I pushed the call button twice. No one ever responded. I finally left without my prescription. This isn't the first time this has happened, I reported it to Giant last time. I'm just done. I will be looking for a new pharmacy.

They said 1 hour for script. Ok fine. I wait an hour. Then they say 30 minutes after an hour. No one was there for shots or anything, it was not busy. Then I said I spoke with a gentleman on the phone and he said it would be ready in 1 hour. Next the lady told me oh ok, 15 minutes and it will be ready. Seriously, it not lunch, it's not busy, your not close to closing. Seriously stupid

Wish I could give 0 stars. Don’t wait your time with this pharmacy. They NEVER have my prescriptions ready, even if they’ve had it for a few days. The people at the desk are incompetent, say ‘I don’t know’ to every question and always have some excuse. They don’t regularly check their fax or voicemails. I’ve had enough of this place and my family will be finding a new pharmacy.

With only a couple other shoppers in the entire store, we went to self checkout. There were, maybe, 15-20 items in the TOP of the little cart. The checkout attendant came iver to my daughter and asked..."how many items you got?" She said Im not too sure exactly but not many. The attendant told her that she has to go to the regular line and she cant check out here. At the same time, a black guy walks up to the scanner with 40-50 items in his large cart. My daughter asked, what about him?? The attendant said, I quote exactly..."Some people can get away with it. You have to go." Needless to say, we will NEVER shop there, or at Giant, again. Period.

This Giant never has food. It's insane. How do you not have salads?? Loved how it was conveniently located near the house, but will have to drive further to get groceries.

Rachel was rude, no greeting or a simple hi. I was picking up my son’s medicine, but also had the hard copy, just in case the dr office didn’t put them in. Well the dr office had put them in, Rachel proceeds to say “r u going to wait for it” like I said no gretting no nothing came off rude and had an attitude. What made me mad was one of my sons medicine was on back order and instead of calling me to inform me they waited until I got there. That was very upsetting considering my child has a serious cold, and needs his breathing treatment!

The Drive Thru is supposed to be convient to the customer and countless, however even after receiving a notice 2 days ago my meds were ready it still takes almost 30 minutes for them to give me my medication. Absolutely ridiculous and the Worse!!!

Not doing a very good job with the social distancing in the lines. Why are the lines formed to the point where people are standing in front of items in the aisles? The only 6 ft distance marker is when your approaching the cashiers. Good luck if you need a coffee item because you'll have to manage social distancing yourself, while having to ask people if they can move out of your way to grab whatever items are close to the line towards the cashier. I'll come back after things get back to normal and hopefully they are keeping their employees safe!

All I want to say is, they need to get rid of "Ms. Lynn" from the self check-out area. Not a good customer service person at all. Nasty..Nasty Attitude.
