Horrible customer service. Wouldn't mind seeing them as another store to close its doors in this Mall. Train Train Train your employees what customer service is and how to keep them coming back. Maybe you'll stay in business. Alot of places carry shoes, so all you have going for you is service and in stock items. There are alot of people needing jobs nowadays, If your employees don't know how to be professional, and take their job serious, Get to hiring and give the job to someone who can handle it.

The MVP award goes to the customer service rep Czarina from the 800 number and the young lady Anissa inside the store. I placed an online order the morning of February 23, 2024. After paying for my item my receipt stated that I had 7 days to pick it up my purchase. February 29th I called just to confirm that the shoes had arrived. The young lady in the store was not so helpful and told me that my shoes had been returned because I failed to pick them up in 7 days. I kindly explained to her that wasn't fair because clearly the 23rd-29th is definitely not 7 days. She was very rude and not very helpful. I am disappointed with her poor customer service skills. However, I later learned from the 800 number that the policy is 7 BUSINESS days to pick up your purchase and. Either way my order was still prematurely cancelled. Because they fixed it, I will continue to make future purchases.So thank you to the 2 young ladies that went over and beyond to assure that I was able to get my item.

3 employees doing absolutely nothing but trying to avoid speaking to customers. One of the gals is just eating chips chatting to another coworker. Just trying to get a shoe size & it’s like I’m interrupting them. Takes 5 min just to get 1 shoe in the back. They tell me they don’t have any size in the shoe I want, so why is it displayed? If I managed this store I’d be embarrassed. These employees have 0 customer service skills.

Horrible customer service nobody asked if I needed help they just stood there looking. Then I asked about a shoe but before I could even tell them what size I wanted the guy cut me off and said they don’t have it. If your out of every size of this show then why do you have it on display.

I went to purchase my shoes. And didn’t have time to try them on. So when I got home on the look to me at someone had them on not dirty but had stuff in the shoes and blue die was around the too from denim. The second all jordan’s come with a sticker ther was no sticker in the box. Called the store and they said I can’t exchange for a smaller size ect. Called a few other stores acted about they return policy they said 30day unworn with receipt. And sad the other store was lying I will not be going there to shop again. Tried to upload pictures it will not allow me to. I will update on the return. And my corporate call

The employees there were so helpful and knowledgeable. I went there to purchase shoes for my husband's birthday. I am not a shoe expert so they helped me pick out the best one!

Great Store Excellent Service and Staff. The Store Manager Janelle Mueller went beyond the Call of Duty to let my son redeem his raffle to get the Jordan 11's a little early since we had to go out of Town. A+++ Service. Thanks.
