I personally pick up live animals from this location and they are consistently amazing. I generally am greeted by Autumn who is always friendly and helpful. My experience has always been fantastic! Thanks Autumn!!!!

I am extremely upset!
My package arrived at this Waldorf facility on 3/29/2025 at 9:29 AM. This facility was open 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM yesterday.
The package was for a wedding today 3/30/2025 at 1:00 PM in Spotsylvania, Virginia, an hour away. My order was placed 3/17/2025.

If it was in Baltimore, Maryland, 45 minutes away from my house, why would it be sent to Dulles, Virginia, only to be shipped back to Maryland? Is Dulles, Virginia the only sorting facility for the DMV area?

I hate this company so much. By far the worst delivery company out there, their drivers make Amazon and UPS look like heroes. Drivers can’t ever deliver packages right, ever. At my townhouse they always would deliver to the wrong address and i’d have to track down my packages via the picture they send to confirm the delivery. And at my apartment they always, always say they can’t access it, which is funny because Amazon and UPS never have this problem . The FedEx drivers don’t even get out the truck sometimes and just take a picture of the door, I’ve seen them do it. Having to go to the warehouse to pick up my packages every time defeats the whole purpose of paying for delivery. Management is no help, which is no surprise, bad workers typically have bad management . I used to work at UPS, I get the job is hard and the hours are long, but suck it up. Nobodies asking you to do anything outside of your job description, just deliver the packages bro.
And the desk at this location is run by idiots. And the manager is useless

I will no longer be going to this location. I rather drive to the fedex in Alexanderia. The lady at the front had an attitude and didn't say anything to me other then can I see your ID.

The front desk person, Tina didn’t greet me and replied to my simple questions at all on Thursday, November 21, 2024. She should not be at the front desk when she has no customer service skills and attitude. Other younger front desk employees have better customer service skills than she does. When I greeted her by saying how are you doing? Because she didn’t say a word when I entered the shop, she didn’t say anything so I repeated myself and she just said fine. When I asked her whether or not they have fragile stickers, she said no. When I asked her whether or not I could borrow a pen, she just dropped the red sharpie on the counter without saying anything. She told me that I could not write anything in a top of my box, I asked her to stick the label on it first. There are some spaces for me to write fragile on top of it so I asked her may I write it, but she didn’t say anything. Prior to leaving the shop, I wished her to have a give day, but she said nothing…..Apparently she didn’t want to be at work, there will be a suitable person who would love to take over your duties, Tina. I wish you a blessed day because you must have not pleasant day before I got there. Hopefully you would be able to spread happiness from now on. I sure will utilize the UPS or USPS instead of FedEx in the future.
