I have 2 open complaints on Fed Ex. I get my medication and wound supplies shipped to me via Fed Ex. And the driver just throws all packages in the lobby floor. My medicine and wound supplies were left there for 4 days. I am still waiting for a call from this place telling me why this keeps happening. I pay for Fed Ex delivery to my door not to be thrown in the lobby floor. Plus signs are up stating that Fed Ex and UPS must take packages to our apartment doors. I am furious that Fed Ex hires drivers so lazy. What am I paying you people for? I am still waiting for a call from the manager that was promised. It is not the maintenance workers job to deliver Fed Ex packages. This place is the worst. They deserve -10 stars
Jerks!!!

This is a small location and today had one staff person “available”. I went to send an item back to a store and arrived with my label and box ready. There was a man being serviced when I arrived. The associate did not say a word when she returned from the back to see me standing in line. Not a single greeting. It was the end of her shift and she had already let the man she was servicing know and he told me before she returned from the back. It was 3pm and the store hours for Thursday said 7:30pm. So I figured ok, I am good. Well I was wrong. She had to keep leaving the store front to go back to another computer to try to print the man’s return label. After 3 unsuccessful attempts her coworker must have arrived in the back for his/her shift. I was hoping that maybe the coworker would come to help since by then I had been standing without a greeting and without a, “I will be with you shorty” for now about 15 minutes. So I asked her, “is your coworker available to come help?” She said, “no she is not”. Mind you, those were the first words that she said to me this entire time.So as a manager and an employee, I am all about customer service. I also understand that people are tired, busy, burned out, etc. There was absolutely no excuse for this today. She did not even at least excuse the wait or greet me when she saw me standing there. She did not acknowledge me as a customer. That is minimal! Maybe she was tired, maybe she was moving slow because it was the end of her shift, maybe she had something going on internally…I have no idea. However maybe I too had those things going on and not even once did she treat me like I was human let alone a customer. Her behavior was deplorable and unacceptable. Today she was the middle aged AA woman with long braids at the top and her hair shaved on one side. Feel free to contact me.

The staff was friendly. As a company though, you should really improve your technology. The scanner wouldn't scan the label barcode on box to give us a receipt...you should have something to allow associate to manually type barcode numbers into computer to provide receipt.

The "Customer Service" gal on duty locked the doors and shut off the lights BEFORE closing time on 7/20/22.Her selfish decision prevented me from shipping out time sensitive well water tests for a loss of $600 plus 2 hrs round-trip drive time to redo the bacteria tests (3)*Packages were ready for drop off with pre-paid overnight shipping labels from the laboratory.I saw the lady hiding around the corner near the loading dock. She knew she did wrong! She refused to answer my questions regarding another drop off point, as I was willing to drive to the airport if I had to.Another gentleman showed up after me just to pick up a packing box and they ignored him as well.Terrible customer service from 3 out of 4 ladies that have assisted me my past few visits.I'm known for being friendly. It's them not me.* My only regret is not taking a picture of the front door showing business hours with a timestamp to prove that I am right...and getting the gentleman's info to back me up.

I went in this location today to send a letter I have visited this location several times with no problem but today it was a young lady at the front desk who was rude and refused to do what she is paid to do and got very disrespectful when I asked for another clerk also this location is very small inside they have a sign posted on the door that a mask ? is required but today the lobby was full and nobody had on a mask this isn’t the first every time I’ve been there the customers have no mask on so this means the sign is on the door for decoration Covid still exists and this is a violation of the CDC that states a mask should be worn in crowded areas this matter needs to be addressed !

Amazing place! They have boxes, and tape, and labels, and they SHIP stuff to a location of your choosing!! Oh, and great people (seriously great people). These ship stations are just a lifesaver in all honesty. In today's world, getting "stuff" from one place to another, in the manor and time they do it in, pretty cool. Keep up the great work.

I do understand it’s the Holliday rush season but attention to detail is key. If I redirect my packages to be held at this location, leave it there. Don’t place my packages out for delivery, drive past my house, see me and then flag my packages saying no one was home to deliver the package when for starters there is no signature required and you delivering my packages isn’t what I requested. Then the staff at this location leaves less to be desired. There’s a women there with short gray hair and she is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. She isn’t pleasant, doesn’t great you, and comes off like you’re disturbing her. I’ve been here on at least 5 occasions in the last 3 or more years and each time she’s always been rude. The last and final encounter, I had a QR code that popped up on my phone for the rep to scan and she blurts out “I can’t use that, we don’t use that here” with an attitude, no hello no nothing. I simply replied “how am I to know that?” Then she ask for the tracking number and rights it down and then uses that same scanner to scan the packages and I’m sure it could have been used to scan the QR code and provide the tracking number. They need to be trained at this location on a number of things and let’s start with better customer service and basic attention to detail. I’ll be using the location near the Chipotle or LaPlata in the future (hoping for a better experience).

It's impossible to reach a human being regarding a package delivery that is in transit. They will get here and find out nobody is available to sign for it an will just need to sit on it until they can reschedule.

FedEx Ship center that has not joined the 21st century. The staff has not been provided the tools to scan a QR code, or print a shipping label from a tracking number. You have to go to a completely different FedEx store to use the QR codes that FedEx provides you, or pay out of pocket for a new shipment. Pretty lame FedEx!
