Came in to pick up a high value package. They checked my ID and I was in and out in just a few minutes. Would much rather have things delivered to the store and pick them up than have their drivers falsify deliveries to my door.

FedEx DRIVERS in Waldorf, Md is so DAM LAZY! I have COMPLAINED TO many times about them leaving my PACKAGES AT MY BOX instead of bringing them to the HOUSE! MY PACKAGES HAVE BEEN STOLEN, then I have to jump through loops to get a Refund or my Item! IT STATES ON MY BOXES DO NOT LEAVE AT MAILBOX! F-FEDEX!!

I was to have a package delivered and a FedEx truck stopped delivered a different package that I had and I was home all day. No delivery and I waited all day still no delivery. then I get a text message the next day saying I have to come to the store and pick it up. I don’t think anybody who expects a delivery should have to go and pick it up at their store, when the delivery was not made. On the app it lists that the delivery was made, but it was not. Usually FedEx is reliable in my area but I don’t think that anymore.

All of the poor reviews are absolutely warranted. They are not interested in serving customers at this location...even after their corporate help desk conveyed how to complte my transaction, employees still refused to help...stay away!

I went there to make some copies of documents. One of the docs wouldn't print properly and the sales rep tried to get it right and then said for me to email him and he would print it out. Rather then email him my personal docs, I figured out myself how to print it properly. He said he would refund the copies that didn't print correctly. When I went to the counter, another person who I assumed was the manager as he did not have a fedex shirt started to assist me. A customer on the other side of the store asked for help. Rather than finish my business he told someone who was on the phone with a customer to process my refund and he left me to go help the other customer. I stood there looking like a fool for a few minutes and finally just grabbed my stuff and walked out. I don't recommend this place. Calling customer service is a waste of time. You'll get better service at a McDonalds.
