I made a large purchase on a Friday about $180 worth of household goods and toiletries and about 200 and food. When I got home I had noticed that one of the products I purchased for my child had expired and yet it was on the shelf anyway. I returned to the store to exchange it for the same item that was not expired. I could not find my receipt however was not looking for any cash back or store credit simply I wanted to exchange it for one that was not expired. I realize that these stores in Waldorf are victim of shoplifting very frequently and sometimes cannot honor a return for cash by customers however, something such as this I believe is an error on their part and should be corrected and made right with a receipt or no receipt. I now have to go all the way back home search through the trash and bags in an attempt to locate a receipt so that way I can exchange it for one that is not expired. The store manager was very heartless and said nothing except oh I need a receipt can't do nothing. The store has good items and they're well stocked but need to really improve on their customer service.

Need to be able to take the carts outside especially when you have a full load of items including heavy items such as water. One of the store associates responded to me in a condescending way about the sign on the door. I didn’t see the sign about the carts, mind you i am pregnant and needed assistance. Luckily one of the gentlemen carried the water for me.

Always my go to spot when I need to grab something quickly and don't feel like dealing with the crowds of larger retailers. The con is the small selection of items and brands that's when the quick trip turns into a trip for no reason, but that rarely happens ??
