I brought my truck in for an oil leak issue, agreeing to pay $360 for labor, $69 for parts, and $21 for sublet repair, totaling $455. The mechanic, Marico, replaced the valve cover and claimed the car was fixed with no further recommendations. The next day, the oil leak persisted, and Marico then mentioned an additional $900 cost for the oil seal, which I declined. I am seeking a refund as the initial issue remains unresolved. Marico refused a diagnostic, declined to provide his boss's contact information, and wouldn't show his ASE CERTIFICATION. I got my car serviced and they done a good job mechanically wise. But issue is after i got home I checked under my hood to notice my AMS Alpha cold air intake decals was stolen by someone when my car was in the possession. I informed staff and manager to be told that they know nothing about incident. It’s small but it’s very unprofessional and they steal here. Bad for business…

Thieves!!!If gas is priced at $2.44 per gallon, how much gas should one receive if they purchased $5 of gas? Look at the photo. Thieves.....that's all I'm saying.

This is an ok place to be honest. The mechanics are really nice and one of them offer me a seat when I get tired. My chevy got fixed really in right timing. I've seen one that say this a bad place. I bet that j*** just wants to get views. I don't mind coming there anytime.

I wish you could post this without NO STARS for this repair shop. They had someone working on my vehicle who isn't ASE certified. The ABS line has been cut while at this facility and they don't want to repair. The ABS was working properly before having this shop handle my vehicle. Admitting that you had someone working on cars, my car or anyone's car without being ASE certified is robbing us consumers of our ethical values. Never ever ever have them work on your automobile.

Recently visited for service. The mechanic took his time and replaced a broken regulator in my driver side door panel. As he approached to correct the entire job so my window will roll up and down correctly without a specific touch, the Owner Mauricio intercepted. So my car window still have the same existing issue it had when I came for repair of the entire issue not just for the part to be replaced. The owner Mauricio didn't even have the audacity to satisfy me as the customer by offering to accommodate me in any form or fashion. The mechanic did. On top of it my driver side door and key lock system is having technical difficulties after my visit here. As I called the Better Business Bureau I noticed this business is not Accredited and now I see why! Lesson learned! Customer gone!

HORRIBLE!!!! I took my car in for tire rods. The manage told me that my car would be fixed that day at around 2 pm. It was pushing 6pm so I decided to go up there myself since no one bothered to call me back. My car had no even been touched. So the next day after they fixed it I expressed that I did not feel the need to pay the full amount because EVERY shop calls and let's you know when your car has to sit over night. The manager was very rude and arrogant. I told him that I missed work because of his inconsiderate actions. His response was "Take a cab". Not only that, I took my car BACK because the wheel was still loose. He said that I needed bushings. Any mechanic knows that when you look at the tire rods, so why have me spend over $500 if you already knew that. I will NEVER return. He needs a slap in the face for his horrible service. Hated it.
