I came as a walk-in but that was not an issue for them. I was escorted by my nail tech to the pedicure room. She right away asked me what color I wanted and whether I wanted fresh fruit and a beverage. I said yes and received a saucer of cold fresh fruit and a mason jar glass of cold lemonade with a straw. The prices are steep but comparable to other nail salons that don't offer those accoutrements. I felt very pampered and I was happy about that because if I am paying high prices anyway, let me feel pampered in the process. My nail tech was gentle yet expertly going after any rough callouses. She didn't seem to be rushing. I got the chocolate pedicure and the basic manicure. The chocolate scrub smells so good.

Rushed job. Nail tech made me bleed. Infection risk. Used stop bleed. But not careful with the nail painting

I had an oil change at Mr. Tire and figured I could use that time to get a pedicure. This location is within 10mins walking so it made sense to go there for a pedicure. I was greeted immediately when entering and my service started shortly after. The location itself is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately that's where my positive comments end. This place is always hit or miss for me, the last time I came a man got so hostile with me for asking for a thicker line on my French pedicure and for that reason I hadn't been back in months. Against my better judgement I tried this place again because I was overdue for a pedicure. The woman who serviced me was very rough, frequently and painfully jabbing me with the cuticle cutter to which I would jump and she would yank my feet back into place. Since the last time I came they've jumped to charging $30 extra for gel polish which is INSANE! Due to the price tag I went with a basic pedicure that was supposed to come with a massage but I did not get that either. So on top of being forced into the most basic service because of the $30 addition the service I received was not what I paid for. I can't even feel good about tipping at a place like this when I feel like I'm being exploited a bit. There are other locations within 20mins that make the drive worth it at that price tag on top of the quality of service. I've yet to have any success in Charles county for pedicures and think I'll stick to my nail shop in Clinton.

I visited Escape Nails and Spa on a Friday. I went to a polish change and the polish change was $35 very expensive in my opinion. And $25 for my eyebrows, I was thinking $60 for this but I paid it . Nice atmosphere but I will not be returning as I don’t believe the price I paid was worth it. Also, I had to wait additional time as the person taking eyebrows took multiple others so I ended up having to wait again. So I actually received a refund for the eyebrows and walked out.

I used to love this place. The vibe was great and it was beautiful. This time I was disappointed. Came in quick service. Went to bathroom and it was nasty. Door was dirty and toilet was disgusting. Got a deluxe pedicure $ 60 no problem but they added $30 for gel. $90 for a pedicure crazy. Not gonna leave out he nipped my toe. I asked for price when I chose deluxe never said gel was additional charge. I will never return and definitely won't refer anyone. Overpriced and unclean.

This was my first time getting services done here. The receptionist was very friendly. I was assigned one person then switched to another person when another client arrived. Since I was a walk-in I knew that I was going to get the least experienced person. I got the powder dip for the first time. He worked quickly but was sloppy. I had to ask three times to clean the tips of my fingers and around my cuticles to remove the excess powder. I got white so it was very obvious. Another worker constantly monitored him and told him to buff off the excess. I think I will try them again but ask for a different person.
Stylist: I didn't get his name, he was quick but did sloppy work. I had to ask three times to get the excess powder removed from the tips of my fingers and around my cuticles.

Services have definitely gone down. Getting a spa pedi, you'd expect quality. Polish didn't even cover the toes on the side, didn't clean under or trim the corners, just straight across, no filing. But even worse, just disrespect and humiliation. They could really be mindful with the amount of apps that transcribe and dictact when you want to talk about your clients. Shameful.

I really try my best to give businesses grace because I understand that people have bad days but today will be my last day coming here. I’ve been using the tail tech Tiffany for yearssssss, who is great by the way. However, I’m big on customer service and the customer service I experienced today was trash and unfortunately it was the owner. Apparently his staff came in late so he had to run the front desk. My appt was at 9am and I arrived at 9:04. He told me there is no longer a grace period. Which is fine, Tiffany was with someone else since I was 4 minutes late. It was the disgusting way he spoke to me that was the issue. He kept going and going about how I was soooo late, pointing at the windows to show me there has been no grace period for more than a year, getting loud, etc. There was no greeting, just complaining and a bunch of talking under his breathe, then he says all his staff is late and won’t be in until 10am. Which is interesting because you no longer have a grace period for your clients but your staff can get to work an hour late. It’s way too many other nail salons in this area to be acting like you’re the only one around here.

I went to Escape last thursday to get grl pedi. While there I inquired as to who can do lashes the technician who was servicing me (Kim) advised me that she does lashes. I advised her I wouldnt mind lashes but needed only temporary lasting with very sensitive eye glue. She very unsuccessfully tried to talk me into getting more permanent individual lashes for a very expensive price..I advised her agsin that I only wanted lashes that last three days and not two weeks and had had a bad experience with previous lashes cause the glue was too strong. I asked agsin for super sensitive glue for small medium cluster lashes and she advised the glue they use All clients use with no problems so unfortunately I trusted her. By day 2 my eyes were serlling up so i removed them with eyelash glue. Foyr days later my eyes were still burning and irritated so I went to Patient First and had to receive medication for my infected eyes. I am not a happy customer and would like escape to provide training and ensure the technicians are made aware of what constitutes Sensitive Eyelash glue. I will not ask for a refund but will not be returning to that shop for any service in the future!!!!!

Well this might be the best nail place I've been to in a while. I called right before they closed on Father's Day, and they happily welcomed me. They asked me if it was okay to pay first over the phone so I didn't waste a trip. I told them yes that would be fine. I got a Sugar Scrub Pedicure with Gel color. It included callus removal, gel polish removal, and massage. Price was about $75. What I didn't expect was the fresh fruit and water with lemon that I was offered! That is just great service! Parking is plentiful in a lot since it's at a shopping center. I will be back to see Kim. Thanks!

Evon is my technician. I’ve been going to her now for about a year. I don’t trust my nails to anyone else. I’ve been to other salons and they have been rushed and done a poor job on my nails and my toes. Evon is extremely talented. She takes pride in her work and making sure that you’re happy with the end result. She helps me pick out my colors if I need help. A lovely experience every time. I highly recommend Evon at Escape Nails & Spa.
