Literally walked in, showed the staff a pic of which items I wanted to purchase (both in stock online) was pointed to where the items were in the store, no help at all! If you are miserable at your job then find a new one you like.

I just left the DTLR Waldorf location and I was very pleased with my customer service. A young man by the name of Jared helped me and boy did he do a phenomenal job. He was very nice and attentive, so I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work

Do not support this store, the customer service SUCK and the staff are worried about socializing with their friends more than helping customers out. I could not get a person to help find a shoe in a size for me. It's a shame.

Do not shop here this man was recording me and family including my daughter who is a minor I have never ? experienced nothing like this in my life so unprofessional then I asked him why was he recording us and had no answer but apologized if your shopping here be careful cause you might be being recorded this is definitely my last time in any dtlr since you like to record ? record this

Customer service was horribleEntire staff stood at register playing on phones. I had to keep waving my hand to get help at which time they would yell from the register “what size?”I just walked out.

Visited the store on 9/3/23 at about 2:38 pm. First time ever visiting the DTLR. Friend recommended it. Went into the store, and the young man was helpful. He found 2 pairs of jeans I like. I asked where the dressing room to try them on. He asked me to give him a minute. Came back and said the dressing rooms were close. No explanation! I left. Never will I ever go to this establishment again!!

I agree with all the 1 stars left for this location because the new management is HORRID-2 Thumbs Down for the customer service at DTLR in Waldorf.Here is my experience today at about 7pm February 7thI entered the mall and entered the store DTLR with intent on buying a specific pair of shoes in my size and I guess to get some customer service because I don't know maybe that's what customer service workers respectfully offer??? So I walk in and find the associates doing their normal duties. I pick my shoe and give a team member the size and she politely goes and gets the shoes with a smile which I found enamoring to say the least. She takes my shoe to the point of payment, the register, and has her manager continue the transaction, which seems normal. From that point on, the manager got an attitude with ME and I'm not sure why but it is what made me leave this review because things may have gotten ugly. I was the only customer in the store on this Tuesday evening. She never greeted me, she just pressed buttons and totaled me up. Again, I was the only customer in the store and would appreciate a common courtesy from a customer service manager/supervisor from a DTLR of all places. I thought I was bothering her so I asked "Are you guys busy tonight?" and again she repeated the total, totally dismissing my charm and attempt to be cordial. At this point, now I'm irritated so I ask her her name, and her response was "I don't give out that information". She totally made me feel like i didn't belong. but I laugh it off because clearly she had a stank attitude. So since I couldn't identify her, I will describe her! She is a she/he/we/them thick looking jawn with multi colored green red blue unkempt dreadlocks and jeans. Basically he/she looks like a dust ball with clean clothes in my opinion. Very bad for business and the old manager woman was so much better and I'm disappointed I can't do a refund because I would.She tenders me out and I exited the store with a bad taste in my mouth so I did am about face and copped another pair of the same exact shoe because why not. Her attitude was slightly better but the damage was already done - I'm not sure why I gave this anonymous character my money again but DTLR I want this individual relieved of her duty or attitude. That is my intent for writing this review. I will visit this store again with this maltreatment on my mind. FIRE THE NASTY MANAGER BAD FOR BUSINESS! BAD FOR THE BRAND! SHE WANTS TO BE HOME!escalated INTERACTION to district manager

Terrible!! This place has absolutely going downhill. They have never been great for customer service, but now they don't have any desired product. I tried to ask the manager a question and she didn't even look at me. She just kept with her private conversation on her cellphone. Yikes!! They do you can get things online now right?

Laziest, most unprofessional people work here. Prime example of people just trying to collect a check. Groups of people just hang out, none of the associates seem even a little bit interested in helping you check out more often than not. Almost 30 mins past opening and they’re in the back asleep…make it make sense lol

Dtlr advertises a “trendsetter award program” to loyal customers. I am a sneaker collector, I’ve been collecting shoes since 2003. You earn 1 point for every $1.00 spent on qualifying purchases, For every 500 points earned, receive a $25 Reward. On February 24 2022, I had a total of 3,952 points on my account, that means I’ve spent close to $4,000 with this company in the past few months. I save my rewards for raffle releases incase I win, so the stuff that sits on the shelf, I normally pay full price for. On February 28th I purchased 1 pair of shoes from my normal waldorf location, and was surprised that I had no points on my account. Dtlr sent me an email stating “ We have looked into your profile and have concluded that we see patterns of a “bulk buyer/reseller”. The problem is i’m actual a sneaker collector, a customer should not be punished because they spend too much money. That’s absolutely ridiculous, to support a company as a regular customer and be punished isn’t right. Everything I buy from this company is for personal use from me or my family, I am highly disappointed. I am owed $200 in coupons from this company. If you don’t want to award your loyal customers, just end the program.
