Pharmacy drive thru line is always long. The pharmacy only utilizes one drive thru one. Operating both I'm sure would help to serve customers more timely. (Currently 8 cars behind me )
My experience with the pharmacy associates near lunch time has not been pleasant due to being rushed . When called for prescriptions I was on hold to speak with someone for 18mins . Please do better CVS to serve the community

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!! I have called over the past several days. All you do is wait on hold until the prompts actually hang up on you. It’s sickening to know they are treating people that need treatment this way!! So now (for the second time!!!) I have to drive up to the pharmacy to talk to someone. This is absolutely sickening! Do better

As I sit here waiting going on 20 minutes for someone to answer I get more frustrated. Can NEVER get someone to pick up the phone. Cant something be done about this?
I try to go online to refill, but it says contact pharmacy. What a joke.

Unbelievable! After 20min of being on hold to see if they had enough pills to fill my prescription, the representative hangs up on me. She pulls my profile up which has all my contacts info yet doesn't call me back. Obviously she hung up on purpose. I wouldn't recommend any CVS in Waldorf at this point. The one off Technology Rd had my same prescription for over 45days because they didn't have the quantity i needed.

CVS has a corporate level issue with Customer Service. Three times I have given this particular store an opportunity to simply provide a respectable level of service. First time was when they "autofilled" a prescription that was toxic to me, but insisted the physician sent in the request. He did not.
Second time was waiting 5 days for a prescription to be filled, finally transferring it to Walgreens who I knew had my medication in stock. All of a sudden, CVS was able to fill my prescription within 2 hours.
After my prescriptions were transferred to Walgreens, CVS still processed a needed medication without my consent as it was transferred to Walgreens. I could not get it processed by Walgreens without calling CVS to correct this. Called and waited 30 min on hold to speak to an employee who does not understand the idea of "I dont know the answer. Let me find someone that may know", rather suggesting I call Walgreens and re-transfer a prescription that Walgreens already has on file. 20 minutes waiting for a manager tells me the manager is either overloaded with complaints or simply doesnt care.

I used to enjoy coming to this location. They usually had what I needed, usually polite/respectful, usually professional.Today, however:Went to check out, there was nobody at the registers. I shop here fairly frequently.New kid waited till someone came up to the register, took the items out of their hands, rang them up in the self checkout lane and would gesture to have them finish.Never have I seen a more vivid display of someone trying to make their own job obsolete.The only way for this location to have any chance of recovering its rating instead of becoming another inner-city trash-heap, hire some professionals. Check the tapes!
