I had to call the physician’s line just to speak with someone and when I did, they stated that my medication was ready but when my partner arrived, the medication was not not only unready, but submitted under a completely different name. I am pissed because I waited an extra day for pain medicine after just leaving the ED. Everytime I go to ANY CVS, it’s ALWAYS an issue. Would’ve given 0 stars for the lack of help, attitude and willingness to fix the error on their end.

Not a good CVS pharmacy, every pharmacy technician has different rules one accepts insurance information over the phone the other one doesn't. They leave you an automated message telling you that your prescription is ready for pickup and once you get there they can't even locate it very lazy unprofessional technicians working there

I just went in to get my passport photo taken but still, I can’t express enough how great the customer service was that the lady provided. All smiles on a rainy day too… impeccable!

This CVS is great. I'd particularly like to recognize Legend in the Pharmacy for his hard word. I had an issue with one of my prescriptions and he was able to figure it out quickly and have me on my way. He deserves praise for his ethic and diligence. The wait can sometimes be a bit long, but it's obvious the pharmacy staff is working hard and doing their best. Overall, very satisfied.

This is my go to pharmacy, great staff especially the pharmacy techs. Great prices, and they always offer ways for you to save on the things you need.

Pharmacy drive thru line is always long. The pharmacy only utilizes one drive thru one. Operating both I'm sure would help to serve customers more timely. (Currently 8 cars behind me )
My experience with the pharmacy associates near lunch time has not been pleasant due to being rushed . When called for prescriptions I was on hold to speak with someone for 18mins . Please do better CVS to serve the community

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!! I have called over the past several days. All you do is wait on hold until the prompts actually hang up on you. It’s sickening to know they are treating people that need treatment this way!! So now (for the second time!!!) I have to drive up to the pharmacy to talk to someone. This is absolutely sickening! Do better

As I sit here waiting going on 20 minutes for someone to answer I get more frustrated. Can NEVER get someone to pick up the phone. Cant something be done about this?
I try to go online to refill, but it says contact pharmacy. What a joke.

It's been two weeks since I put in for a refill, have not gotten it yet. Garbage pharmacy.
