Every time I come into this CVS, I wait in line for at least 15 minutes. It doesn’t matter if there is 1or 5 people in front of me. They need to hire more help and be more mindful of how precious time is for people. They don’t show any type of urgency when waiting on customers in line

Horrible customer service... They put me on hold twice for very long periods before disconnecting with me and never resolved anything.

I hate this incompetent pharmacy. Full of attitude and unwillingness to help. I received a text from this pharmacy saying they're contacting my doctor for alt medicine since insurance does not cover this. I decided to call and ask the price in case I could just purchase it without insurance....an extremely common pharmacy question. I had to hear huffs and puffs and sit on hold for 20+ minutes just to find the cost. The pharmacy tech said she didn't know the price and couldn't figure it out. I asked her what should I do, I mean it sure isn't free and she says "I dunno". Wow, awesome when I'm battling Crohns and need medication. I said okay what if I said go ahead and fill it, surely you'd figure out the price then. She gave up and put me on hold. Finally a pharmacist gets on the phone and says "it's expensive" Excuse me? That's for me to decide, tell me the price! She said alright it's $800+ as if she was happy to prove to me it's too expensive. Indeed it was too expensive but why'd I have to hear that from her? Her job is to inform me not tell me what I can/can't afford especially when I'm already sick and mad at insurance for not filling what my doctor suggest. I nicely suggested she train the lab tech about finding cost I wasted 20+ minutes with and she didn't say anything. I say hello thinking I got hung up on but nope, she just didn't care for my suggestion. She said alright and hung up on me. God forbid employees are properly trained for a very common pharmacy question. Anyway after this prescription is worked out I'll just switch to a nicer pharmacy without lazy employees

Seem to work hard to get the prescriptions right and answer any questions we have. Pharmacist needs to be a more people person, ends conversation abruptly, but everything else is good.

Top. Notch. Customer. Service. Most of the businesses that I go to in Waldorf have such terrible service, but I actually look forward to picking up my prescriptions here because the women running it are beyond professional and courteous. They always scan a coupon for me so that I save money on my pickup. If my prescription isn't ready, the technician takes just a few minutes to fill it. They're just super nice and pleasant. It is a night and day experience from the CVS on technology place, which would ALWAYS get my refill wrong or not fill it in time. Also, the one on Technology Place has rude staff.

I was standing in line to pick up my prescription when a man put a sign in front of me and said we are closing for lunch and I would have to come back in a half hour. Last time I will ever use them.

Only pharmacy I will ever use. Very nice, Very fast and the tech's will give you any information that you need. Its my first pregnancy and they stepped outside of their pharmacy to help me pick out prenatal vitamins. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

The staff is nice to me. I'm a frequent customer so they pretty much know me and my kids. The only downside is the line is long at times, I call it "pharmacy rush hour" and they should have at least two employees working the cash registers at that time. But other than that, I haven't had a bad experience there so far.
