I went to pick up a prescription for my wife that had been placed under her maiden name. After providing all of her information, instead of asking me if her prescription could be under her maiden name all they kept saying was, are you sure that’s the right birthdate, and don’t get frustrated that you don’t know your wife’s information. I finally had to ask them to look under her maiden name and that’s when they found it. And I had to go wait in line again.

Hands down the WORST PHARMACY in southern Maryland. Don’t ever come here unless you absolutely have to. Now they won’t even answer the phone and use a software to decode your voicemail to see if it’s worth a call back. If it’s not- they just send you another link to your portal. Like you didn’t just spend 10 minutes begging a robot for a live person because your question can’t be answered in the portal. If corporate can’t staff y’all they need to close this one down because this is unacceptable when dealing with live saving medications. Will be switching pharmacies immediately.

sucks ass. Review is only for the pharmacy.
Went to pick up my prescription in Visible pain and discomfort after surgery. It was 12:40 with no one in line. Got told I would have to come back after 3pm cause they’re about to go to lunch in 20 minutes.
Okay fine.. told the lady to give me back my prescription. Went to The Pharmacy At St Patricks, gave them my prescription. Was out the door with my meds (which only cause $16) in 15 minutes.
So if you’re thinking about going here for your prescription save yourself the hassle and headache and just go to a better place.

I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at the CVS on Technology Place. The customer service reps are consistently rude and dismissive, making even the simplest transactions feel like an inconvenience to them. The pharmacist is no better—constantly talking over customers, not listening, and responding in a short, unprofessional manner instructing the staff to hang up the customers. It’s frustrating to deal with people who clearly don’t care about customer service, especially in a pharmacy where accuracy and communication are so important. If you value your time,respect and attentive service, I’d strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Management needs to step up and address these ongoing issues.

Wow the customer service, Humm. Waiting on a prescription, Humm. I probably could have drove home went to Alexandria CVS and pick up my prescription their and came back to this store and probably would have been told the prescription haven't been filled.

I'm completely OUTRAGED by the fact that I was able to get my script at the drive-thru window without showing my ID (I held it up, but ignored). I was asked 3 questions that anyone could have answered with all the Identity theft and data breaches these days... but still I was given my meds signed a receipt and no one verified my identity. WOW. SOMEONE PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS PLACE.

My son’s doctor sent a prescription electronically, they kept saying they didn’t see it in the system. My child’s doctor showed me when the prescription was sent. The little rude girl at the counter wouldn’t even check the system to see if it was there. These new crop of pharmacists at this location are the worst. Why work in customer service if you have an attitude problem? The prescription was transferred to Walgreens and I picked it up 20 minutes later. Thankfully I can wash my hands of this place and their weird/unprofessional staff.

Horrible service!! My doctor sent my prescription to the pharmacy 6 days ago. I went to pick it up the day after it was requested. It wasn’t ready. I went back two days later, still not ready but the rep said it would be processed. Went back today, was told it wasn’t in the system. After checking the rep stated she did see it but it had to be processed. Worst pharmacy! Won’t use them again. I gave them one star because I had to in order to leave this review. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I arrived yesterday because I received a message that my children 's medicine is ready and when I get to pick it up , they tell me isn't ready
I went today and they told me I had to pay because the insurance didn't cover it and they checked again and they were bad they wanted to charge me $123 for some medication that the insurance covered them and then they left me waiting for more than half an hour.
And if I don't ask, I think I'd keep waiting.
And one of the employees was very unprofessional: She needs to get better with customer service, they're very arrogant.
