We are currently waiting for more than an hour for flu and covid shots. We scheduled an appointment a week ago. They served one of our party of four and the remaining three are still waiting. The pharmacist on duty said we are waiting because she "has a lot to do"

Zero stars. Your pharmacy techs are rude A-holes. They called me to confirm my insurance. Told them I needed to get The card out of my wallet and I would call back. Called back 5 minutes later and they told me they don't take insurance info over the phone - I need to come in. You guys just called ME to ask for insurance- now I need to come in?!?? I told them this and they basically said "Oh well" and hung up on me. Wish I got her name because her tone and professionalism were absolute garbage.

This CVS PHARMACY HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not one time I come in where the reps had any good service. No matter how nice and how much patience show , it’s never enough. I came for my child’s medicine multiple times and they are always rude. Even coming with my child it seems like they would like to help who they want and very racially profiling and also if you are of a young age it seems like your needs aren’t as much as a priority as the rest. I’ve never came in rude loud disrespectful and the way they come off to you is very disrespectful. I came in multiple times and stood there and could be the only person and they act as if they don’t see me standing patiently waiting to fill any prescriptions with my child or without . The pharmacy supervisor really need to help their reps and give them training on CUSTOMER SERVICE…

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I definitely would . They are always so rude when they speak to you and even though they have automatic calls your prescriptions are never ready when you go pick them up. I really really really loath this site.

It's very unnecessary and troubling for a customer to wait through 3 different lines to be told their medication is not ready. If Temira noticed at the drive through that my medication was on hold, perhaps get the pharmacist available to check the availability of my medication while I am at the window of the drive through waiting. If I was told at the drive through that my medications were not ready to pick up, I would not have waited another 30 minutes in two different lines just to be told that information. Please take more time and be transparent with your customers. Picking up medications should not involve jumping through hoops.

If I could give a zero star I would. The staff in the pharmacy is completely unprofessional!!!!! I was hung up on 6 times on 7/18/22. They never have the prescription ready and there tacky.

As the others have said with reviews, this is a very disorganized pharmacy. My prescriptions are rarely ready when promised and the wait times are outrageous. Someone on their staff put my meds on auto-refill. I get a million calls to pick up meds that I don't need or may not be ready for. I explain this to the staff and have responded to say meds are not needed but the calls keep coming. In an effort to stop wasting my time when picking up, I signed up for text service to let me know when prescription is filled. A service I want, but does not work. It is a crap shoot if I get a message. There is always a staff shortage. Their bright light is Ms. Angie, a pharmacy tech, but she can't be there all the time. I switched from Walgreen's for inefficient service but this CVS makes them look like a concierge service. In the process of switching. I refuse to continue to waste time with them. It is way too frustrating and time consuming.

This may be a great CVS but the wait time is horrendous. Waited for prescriptions for one hour inside. I was then told it would be another hour so I went home. Came back two hours later and I have been in the drive through for pharmacy pickup for 55 minutes! I just got to the window and now waiting for assistance. Come on, CVS!!!! Hire some people!!!!
