Went in looking for a nice hair color, soon as I went to check out I found out you have to be "LICENSED" to buy products from there. Never heard anything like it, feels kinda discriminatory especially for unlicensed people when we find something thats actually nice in the store that would work. Wouldnt recommend it, not even to the licensed people.

This location is ALWAYS out of products! And no matter when you go or who you ask you it will NOT change! I am understanding and I know Covid has affected many aspects of things but at some point it should get a little better, not consistently worsen.

They didn't have a lot of color they were out of a lot of things I know the coronavirus is going on but it flies very slim pickings . Didn't seem like they had new nail colors.

The females that work @ the Waldorf location R not always so pleasant or helpful but the gentleman w/ the long hair (his name has slipped my memory @ the moment) is super helpful & very friendly every time I go in 2 shop 4 items 4 my salon
