sold a lemon carEdit: I have indeed made inquiries, only to be informed that the dealership was unable to provide assistance. Furthermore, upon receiving the vehicle, I encountered an issue where my registration was not included, necessitating a return trip to the dealership. Despite my request for the missing registration, a staff member insisted that it had been provided and suggested I may have 'misplaced it,' which was not the case. Additionally, I discovered that my license plate had been incorrectly installed by another worker, necessitating correction. It appears that a lack of competence pervades this establishment.

Update: Appears I got a lemon, nothing but problems that (BTW) a 4000.00 warranty doesn't cover.After searching for a vehicle I chose to test drive the BMW x5. Initially planned to go to Baltimore but found one locally.Staff was very responsive via phone and internet for scheduling.Met with JJ in less then 30 minutes of receiving confirmation of visit.The ride was good but not as smooth as a Lexus but the price fit.Plenty of gadgets inside, only thing I wish was that the odometer was digital.I drive with the ECO drive feature over the comfort and sport options to get the most milage possible.I had hoped it used low grade gas but mid grade is preferred, which my BJ's gas station doesn't provide...Costco will be my fuel depot.No deals were made on the price but getting an extended 5 year warranty beat the price of a competitor I called while onsite.My only negative was JJ went to the gas station and gave me 1/4 tank of gas...hoped for a full tank, and no final detail was given to the vehicle probably due to time constraints.

Terrible service and deceitful leadership by the owners. Cars that they are selling have mechanical ⚙️ issues and problems and I’ve yet to get my car serviced after being told that I would. Do not buy cars from this company.

After the sale is done, please don't think to be a valued customer as you were before the sale. Trust me, you'll get the run around first before service. I was promised work to be done to the car when making the deal, only to receive excuse after excuse. Feel privileged if you receive a call back about information or resolutions that's needed about your contract or warranty. I'm still waiting and is been 8 months, or maybe it's just me....
