CVS is one of my spots! Between my digital coupons, Extrabucks and other money-saving sites, I always save bookoo money on the things I am going to have to buy anyway. Plus I eat a little on every purchase. I call that a win-win situation. Any coins is good coins! They have cashiers and also self-checkout which lets me get in and out quickly. And the staff is always helpful and pleasant. That's why I keep coming back

We are currently waiting for more than an hour for flu and covid shots. We scheduled an appointment a week ago. They served one of our party of four and the remaining three are still waiting. The pharmacist on duty said we are waiting because she "has a lot to do"

Zero stars. Your pharmacy techs are rude A-holes. They called me to confirm my insurance. Told them I needed to get The card out of my wallet and I would call back. Called back 5 minutes later and they told me they don't take insurance info over the phone - I need to come in. You guys just called ME to ask for insurance- now I need to come in?!?? I told them this and they basically said "Oh well" and hung up on me. Wish I got her name because her tone and professionalism were absolute garbage.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I definitely would . They are always so rude when they speak to you and even though they have automatic calls your prescriptions are never ready when you go pick them up. I really really really loath this site.

Incredibly unprofessional manager. Pharmacy staff abandons customers. Very disappointing experience

As the others have said with reviews, this is a very disorganized pharmacy. My prescriptions are rarely ready when promised and the wait times are outrageous. Someone on their staff put my meds on auto-refill. I get a million calls to pick up meds that I don't need or may not be ready for. I explain this to the staff and have responded to say meds are not needed but the calls keep coming. In an effort to stop wasting my time when picking up, I signed up for text service to let me know when prescription is filled. A service I want, but does not work. It is a crap shoot if I get a message. There is always a staff shortage. Their bright light is Ms. Angie, a pharmacy tech, but she can't be there all the time. I switched from Walgreen's for inefficient service but this CVS makes them look like a concierge service. In the process of switching. I refuse to continue to waste time with them. It is way too frustrating and time consuming.

This is by far worst the slowest CVS pharmacy. They are always short-staffed. Be prepared to spend at least 20-30 mins in the drive- thru.

Manager Shante(CVS on Technology Place in Waldorf, MD) was extremely rude when I tried to use the self checkout. I've used this checkout lane for the past several months and was never informed that it's intended for customers with 1-2 items, which Shante rudely announced. She came over and snatched my items and continued scolding me. I asked where is it posted that the self checkout lane is for customers with 1-2 items. Shante said, "Ma'am, I'm not about to argue with you" and walked away. Unprofessional and horrible customer service!

This location is horrible. I never receive a call on the status of any prescriptions called in by my physician. Further any time you call your on hold for 30 minutes and they lied about reaching out to my insurance company about a prescription coverage. The staff seems more interested in chatting with each other than helping the client. I will be switching to another pharmacy.

I always come to this location because it's really convenient and usually drive thru is quick but today I'm completely disappointed. I've waited in drive thru for more than 30 minutes. Ridiculous

This CVS has most certainly decreased greatly in the customer service arena. They never have uour medications ready for the promised time. They are ALWAYS short staffed and can never answer your questions. They are so very disorganized. I will begin using Giant again to fill my prescriptions. It doesn't make sense that my prescriptions were sent electronically at 4:30pm and when I arrive at 7:30pm they are not ready. I didn't hsve my prescriptions in hand until 8:15pm. The pharmacy technician was pleasant but this is unacceptable

I switched to this pharmacy from Walgreens because I had so many bad experiences at Walgreens that I just couldn't go anymore. The difference is night and day. The wait times are shorter and they have more staff working to keep things moving. At Walgreens, they literally lost prescriptions I've dropped off, the lines were always ridiculous and the weight times were terrible. I wished I would have switched a lot sooner.

I visited this CVS for a prescription for the first time on yesterday New Years Eve. Upon entering the store, the vibes were very negative and then when I went to the Pharmacy they were worst. All the employees appeared to be too busy to even take a moment to speak or talk to you and then on top of that I waited over 1 hour for my prescription. My insurance card was never scanned and it was so much confusion going on I almost left to go to another CVS. I never plan to visit this CVS again. I would rather continue to go to the CVS on St. Charles Parkway in Waldorf where they are more courteous, friendly and prompt and don't forget much more professional. Good luck to them in the New Year!!

I regularly go to this CVS because it's so close to my gym so it's convenient. The customer service here is okay. I've only been asked if I needed any help maybe twice out if the total times I walked in here. Its organized in the store, the only time I have trouble finding anything is when I got to the feminine product section. The brands seem to be scattered. Like I'll see tampons from their cotton brand at the bottom and that same brand's pads at the top. That's weird to me but ok. There's usually only one cashier when I go in here so the line can move slow. Other than that it always seems to be in stock with the supplies I need so I'm not complaining too much â€
