I've been taking g my cars to Boswell's for over 20 years and have never been dissapointed. The staff are patient,friendly and very knowledgeable. As a single woman I often worry about businnesses taking advantage of what I don't know but I have never gotten that feeling form Boswell's. I have recommended them to my children and they are now satisfied customers also. Boswell's is the best automotive repair shop in Waldorf.

I called Boswell’s Auto Service on Friday, 08/09/24 to get a quote for a Left-Front Wheel Bearing Replacement on a 2013 Honda Accord EX and the individual that I spoke to, I believe that it was Tom, was very knowledgeable and informative in reference to the labor, parts, and the repair itself. The appointment was booked for Tuesday, 08/13/24 and I was advised that I could drop the vehicle off the-night-before (Monday, 08/12/24). I would, and I have, recommended Boswell’s Auto Service to anyone looking for affordable and great quality work. Thank you, again!

I've taken my car here a few times, and the Boswell team is great! Very professional, and their services are reasonable. They take the time to really explain whatever service repairs that need to be done, and repairs are completed in a timely manner, which I truly appreciate. Shout out to Tom, Rachel & Patrick ?

I called and asked to to surface or polish the front routers but they did not give me a clear answer even I told them that the the break was inspected by Toyota service and told me that routers new but to surface and polish it but the guy in Boswell auto told me to bring the car and re inspect it, why I f I have inspected it and told them to do a specific work?
They make confused!!

Had a good experience at Boswell Auto Service in Waldorf, MD! Brought in my 2014 Jeep Latitude for some much-needed TLC - brake repairs, resetting a tire pressure error light, and replacing the low beams.
From the moment I dropped off my Jeep, communication was stellar. Got phone updates every step of the way - from the initial assessment to cost-saving options, and finally to completion and pick-up times.
Special shoutout to Chad (l hope got his name right) for his patience and exceptional customer service during vehicle pick-up. He explained each issue in detail without making us feel "car dumb* at all. Chad even provided valuable insights on what our next steps and repairs should be and gave us a clear understanding of the car recall process at an authorized dealership.
Boswell Auto Service definitely knows how to keep their customers informed and satisfied. Highly recommend them for their transparency and expertise.

Normally take my vehicle to dealer for major repairs but Tom and Chad reassured me of their great professional care at a very reasonable competitive price. Made sure even after the initial repairs, a warrantied part failed a few weeks after. Bosewell’s workmanship and part warranty to car of me to get my van on the road.

Very rude and sarcastic. It's one thing to explain something to inform someone but to be rude and make the person seem dumb is unacceptable. Don't come here
Edit: not a false review. You guys did not fix my vehicle because of the rudeness I received when I was at the building.
My first impression of the place was not a great one and you should talk to the guy who was rude to me. I do not remember his name but it was a male with white/grey hair.

Brought F450 in for electrical repair. Truck have been to 3 other shops including the Ford dealership. Boswell found and fixed the electrical problems caused by previous work completed on truck. Price was lower than expected.
