I went to Boost, Sunday, 1/7/24, to bring my sister, visiting from NJ. The store was completely empty, save for the clerk. I explained her phone wouldn’t turn on. He stated it could be a problem with her charger. Once he explained her phone was obsolete, I decided to just go ahead and purchase a new one for her. I asked about switching the info from the old phone to the new one. He adamantly stated, no can do, because her phone was not charged. I then asked, can’t he do it in the store? He said, yes, but that he wouldn’t do it because he’s not REQUIRED to. I asked as many times to please make an exception, but he stated, if he did it for me, he’d have to do it for everyone else. Did I mention, NO ONE else was in the store! I was planning to purchase a new phone with all the bells and whistles for my phone sister, but it seems obvious, this clerk is NOT in the business to help his employer make money. He’s there to work his hours, standing around, but not actually put himself out there to help real customers. Who in the world fights like hell not to be useful, or helpful? Lazy, lazy, lazy. I plan on buying my sister a new phone from T-Mobile and switching her to my plan. Boost is for lazy people!!!

I received a new SlM Card for my current phone. It was recommended that if I'd I wanted to keep my number and information, I should go to a store. I finally took off early from work to stop by the store and the guy told me to do it myself. Guaranteed there would be no issues He would not even look at the phone. I asked about photos, same numbers contacts, etc. He told me each time to do it myself. Didn't look at me, didn't look at card. Rude and totally obnoxious. Time for a new company. Nothing ever associated with Boost or the company taking them over. He was insulting and condescending. Hopefully he won't get hired by the new company .

terrible , customer service was poor , he didn’t want to give me my account number and gave me a number to call saying if I had any concerns to contact this number . you can clearly tell he did not want to work or help .

I was looking to switched company to boost n saw on website I could get 4 lines for $100 unlimited data,talk,textand had the store address to get deal. once at the store David the person working said that deal was only on line but no unlimited data. for 4 lines $160 but not unlimited data.False advertising guy just did not want to work n I asked for supervisor David said supervisor only goes to store 1 aMonth n there is no way for me to talk to him or call only name he gave me was James no last namemonth

Long story short. I bought a new phone and had problems with it. Every time I tried to return it, to get a refund, I was told to come back at 2 PM. After returning twice, I told him I would stay there until he gave me my money back. And at 11 AM, I was issued a refund. I was verbally and emotionally abused and I was told I was a liar. I terminated my phone number and my dad's phone number. I terminated my credit card and my father's credit card with them. I have never been treated so horribly in my entire life. I was shaking and crying in the store. I had to tell him to stop talking to me, just refund my money. My dad was a witness and another customer was there as a witness. I am reporting this store to the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware.

October 2, 2021 1:00 p.m. I visited the store.....the truth is, very bad service from the person who was there..... I wanted to reconnect one device to another...and he told me very reluctantly that only I could connect more, I couldn't download the information from the previous device....and it didn't even ask if I had email or not....what an outrageous service...very terrible service, I think those types of people damage the image of a company like this....

The sign on the door says your location is open, but the doors are locked and no one is available. My service has been awful since the tmobile merger in August, and customer service has been trash. This entire company is embarrassing. ?
