The Safelite location in Waldorf is always exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The young man at the front desk was very professional, courteous, and kind. I didn’t have an appointment, but he took the time to ask a few quick questions and even guided me through my insurance app to set up the appointment. The process was fast, efficient, and handled with care. I was in and out quickly and safely. Excellent customer service!”
“My rear bumper was destroyed. They took my explorer in on a Tuesday, they told it would probably take about 2 weeks until completion. They kept me well informed about the process and time frame through text. No later than that Friday of the same week that I took it in, they told me it was ready. I was so impressed and the quality was top tier. Not to mention the great customer service from Dian from the front desk and the rest of the staff. I highly recommend this place.”

Joe got her car in immediately and began the process of getting insurance to cover things. Our insurance tried to low ball his estimate several times but he fought back and got the job done right. It took a little extra time but it was so worth it. When we picked up her car it looked like it did the day she drove it off the lot brand new.
