“East Coast Collison in Waldorf MD will be my vehicle's second home for all of my future repairs and needs. I was recently rear ended by another driver which caused more damages than I expected. From the time my vehicle was dropped off up until the time that damages were repaired, I was consistently informed of each step that was taken to complete the repairs and when the repairs would be completed. I have to shout out April for walking me through each step and keeping me up to date. My experience was absolutely amazing with the customer service and care that I received. I highly recommend East Coast Collison for all of your repair/car needs.”

On a humble I called Classic and spoke with Angie, she was very helpful and professional. Because of that I moved forward with taking my car. Once on site, I met with Paul who did a thorough walkthrough of the car. The price was reasonable, he even wrote up another estimate for some additional work. The cherry on top for me was yesterday, after dropping off my car. The owner took the time to help me find the value of my car, so that when the work is done I’ll be able to sell it . “My daughter had a deer run out in front of her and she couldn’t stop in time. The front end of her car was a mess. Joe got her car in immediately and began the process of getting insurance to cover things. Our insurance tried to low ball his estimate several times but he fought back and got the job done right. It took a little extra time but it was so worth it. When we picked up her car it looked like it did the day she drove it off the lot brand new. “Overall, 5 star experience. For starters, I was skeptical. I always preferred the dealer for repair, but I decided to give them a shot. The techs are not only body shop knowledgeable, they are also mechanical inclined. Despite having a overall 5 star experience, there was a minor problem that was overlooked. I brought it to their attention and they took immediate action. Unfortunately, it was at the end of day. The following day, I mean at the crack of dawn, she called and said they are in possession of the part and it will be completed and ready for pick up in a hour or two. I arrived at the shop to retrieve the vehicle. As I was pulling in, I noticed my car as it was shinning like I first purchased it.. To my surprise, not only did they washed the outside of vehicle, they cleaned and vacuum the inside of the car.. Vehicle looks amazing. The total time for these repairs took onky a week. They was very fast and made me feel like they valued me as a great customer. Could be because I'm with Geico but either way they treated me good.. lastly, I was able to pick up and drop off the rental vehicle at this location. Essentially, it was a one stop shop. I have mango color charger and I love my experience here!”
