I came in and was met near the door by Eric H. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me what he had. The sofa is exactly what I need. I appreciate him not overselling. I will definitely be buying with Eric again!

My sales person, listened to what I was interested in only: she was polite and knowledgeable about the merchandise, and the available financing. She did not push or pressure.

Sales representative, Tasha was extremely patient and not pushy. She helped us (my hisband snd I) and provided a printout of our tentative purchase. Tasha gave us her card and said if we decided to buy to reach out and we did. A week after our initial visit we returned and she was both courteous and professional helping us with our purchase. We are anxiously awaiting delivery of our new Bobopedic bed with Elite adjustable base Novemer 6, 2024.

I always do enjoy my experience at Bob’s discount furniture but this time I feel a little off about it. After I had left I got an email showing me paper work with my “signature” on it, which I never signed anything. All he did was show me how much everything would be and I put it in my bobs credit and he pushed all of the buttons on the iPad, he didn’t ask me to sign anything and then he said he’d go and get me the receipt. I really don’t like how I got an electronic form that says I signed something when I never did , so I’m assuming the worker signed it for me, which leaves a sour taste for coming back to the store

I had a great experience dealing with Ms. Yvonne. She was very knowledgeable and patient. What I didn't like was the fact that our account was closed after purchasing a living room set just two years ago. Who buys furniture every couple of months?????
