The prices are the best in town but it's very annoying how some customers ignore the directional arrows and are allowed by the staff to back up to the pumps. I haven't seen this at any of the other locations I have visited.

Workers are ignorant and incompetent. The guy pushing 30 carts literally ran into us. Store is trashy and poorly ran. All the garbage reviews on this location do not even do it justice for how trash this place is.

There's never been at BJ's gas station - drive up, pump ypur gas and drive off - their prices remain competitave and mostly a tad lower than most!

I should have known better to go to this location. Had an online order placed and had a pickup time scheduled. Pull in and try to call to let them know what pickup spot I am in. You can not reach anyone for this by calling the club, so then had to go through the app. Do that and wait 20 minutes before even seeing an associate come out. The person walked around aimlessly and I saw he had my small amount of groceries on his cart. As I tried to get his attention he went back in with the groceries. Saw where they charged and said my groceries had been delivered even as that had not happened. I left and put in a dispute on the card. If you are a crap store such as Waldorf, that is reality. Don't even offer the same services as other clubs to make up for this. I would rather a company not even try than to offer a service they can not support.
