I ordered 2 items online. 4 hours later went inside store. Still not ready instead of just grabbing the 2 items for me why do I still have to wait. Would have been easier to just grab the items myself. Online is supposed to be easier lol

The store was nice enough, but the customer service could use some work. Usually, when I step into a bath and body works, you are greeted as soon as you come in. None of the employees interacted with me or even said hello. When it was time for me to check out no one was there or even paying attention.

The white associates are racist at this location and due to the unprofessional service that I received today I will no longer be patronizing at any BBWs. I was exchanging some candles that I had purchased online. All of my candles were brand new none of them had been burnt. While making my exchange a young while sales associate says “yeah the store changed its exchange policy because they always burn the candles and then try to return them for something new.” First of all, that didn’t apply to me because none of my candles had been burnt. Secondly, that was rude, inappropriate, and unprofessional. Thirdly, I’ll spend my money at an establishment where I’m respected as a customer and not stereotyped because of the color of my skin.

It’s a good store, however, there is one employee there who wears a head covering. As other reviewers have said, she is extremely rude. I sprayed one of the room sprays and she says “use the paper”. In a harsh way. Never said please or even asked if I needed help. I was so put off by her attitude, I left. And I had planned on spending a good amount of $$ there as I am completely out of room sprays. I’ll get them online. I won’t be back to this store, unfortunately.
