I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Bank of America. Their customer service was abysmal, with long wait times and unhelpful representatives. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of Bank of America and explore other banking options."

I have been coming here for awhile but the lady at the front desk today was absolutely rude. I’m not sure if she is new but the way she handed me my money, didn’t even put it in an envelope. I asked her for an envelope she handed me a stack of 50. She threw my money. Just absolutely rude. I’m not sure if what her name is but she has dread locs, lipstick and glasses and brown skin. The worst customer service I’ve received here yet. Ugh.

I cannot even begin to tell you how horrible this branch is. Avoid going to this location at all costs. The ATMs take deposits and steal money, the employees inside are rude and awful and don't know how to help with anything except you depositing your money with them. I told them an ATM stole my deposit and then malfunctioned and they told me they couldn't help me because I didn't have an appointment. One of the managers, Stella, didn't know the number to call and said to call the number on the back of the debit card (which was the wrong number). She was so incredibly rude if I were a branch manager I would fire her. Everyone refused to help me and was extremely rude. This branch needs a complete overhaul. Despicable, disrespectful and useless employees work here. Shore United treats their people 10x better so I opened an account there and will limit my BOA transactions from now on.

The manager was useless. Blaming the “system” and was not willing to “think” to help me resolve the issue.

Bank of America has really fallen down when it comes to customer service. I have been a customer for over 20 years (business and personal) and still get treated as a stranger when I have to go into the bank.

There are amazing staff working in Waldorf MD. Rita & Dennis have been professional and competent while also being kind and truly listening. I have never written a good review for a bank before, but I never had service this good before.

Lone literally out the door. 4 teller windows and only 2 tellers on a payday Friday at 2 in the afternoon. Ridiculous!

The attitude of one of the bank tellers was horrible today! I asked him to help me complete a deposit slip and he told me to step aside for other customers and refused to help me after I waited in line for an hour. He was rude and angry and needs to be fired. This branch was trash before, but it's a complete dumpster fire now. I received no help and had to leave with my cashier's check. I will be depositing these with Community Bank of the Chesapeake moving forward and not utilizing Bank of America with their multiple people running around with iPads in the branch doing nothing.

Not sure what other folks experienced but this bank has the best associates I've ever worked with. Amazing people! Patience is a virtue

This is the worst branch I’ve ever experienced. The lines were long and I stood in line for over 45 minutes just to deposit money into my brother’s account. There were Associates walking around with Tablets in their hand, instead of helping to get the line down and only two cashiers. I have accounts with other banks and managers will step to the plate, by helping. This is my twice time having poor service with this branch

So I had to wait a little, but I was in and out without hesitation. Diana Chicas was very professional and very competent. I had to come and close an account, which didn't take long at all. 5 stars from me.

This bank is the worst bank I’ve even be too! They are so slow the line can wrap around the corner and they still only open one register! But they have ten people at the door asking how can they help you smh

It's 10:30am and they have one person working with a line to the back of the building. Why they find this acceptable is beyond me. I went there to pay off my credit card and am just glad they aren't my banker because I would fine a new one.

Line are literally out the door. There are two tellers to serve customers. One employee stands at the door to “check in” guests. It would make too much sense to utilize ALL staff at the teller windows. It is quite ridiculous to deal with these sort of wait times to do business with your OWN money. I hate that it has to be difficult. If tables were turned, most banks wouldn’t hesitate to hunt you down if you owed them money. I understand running short-staffed is a nationwide issue but if you can’t accommodate customers—close the doors for business. This is just inefficient.
