As a single woman I often worry about businnesses taking advantage of what I don't know but I have never gotten that feeling form Boswell's. I have recommended them to my children and they are now satisfied customers also. Boswell's is the best automotive repair shop in Waldorf.”

"Safelite does not replace windshields on any vehicle older than 20 years..." per Safelite. Similar response from another company, 30 year limit .
Called D&S Glass about my Jeep. They ordered the windshield along with trimming parts. Once the parts were in, they called me for an appointment. It was fixed the same day 4 hrs later. That day, they also replaced a windshield of a much older Jeep. Definitely recommend them for all car windshield needs.

“Overall, 5 star experience. For starters, I was skeptical. I always preferred the dealer for repair, but I decided to give them a shot. The techs are not only body shop knowledgeable, they are also mechanical inclined. Despite having a overall 5 star experience, there was a minor problem that was overlooked. I brought it to their attention and they took immediate action. Unfortunately, it was at the end of day. The following day, I mean at the crack of dawn, she called and said they are in possession of the part and it will be completed and ready for pick up in a hour or two. I arrived at the shop to retrieve the vehicle. As I was pulling in, I noticed my car as it was shinning like I first purchased it.. To my surprise, not only did they washed the outside of vehicle, they cleaned and vacuum the inside of the car.. Vehicle looks amazing. The total time for these repairs took onky a week. They was very fast and made me feel like they valued me as a great customer. Could be because I'm with Geico but either way they treated me good.. lastly, I was able to pick up and drop off the rental vehicle at this location. Essentially, it was a one stop shop. I have mango color charger and I love my experience here!”

“I went to Ziptire on saturday 8/10/2024 from the time I walked through the door the customer service was beyond 5stars...I had two nails in one of my tires and they were able to remove the two nails which did not puncture my tire , today is monday 08/12/2024 and my tire is still good...I recommend Ziptire. If I ever have another tire issue I will be back..

“Rusty is the man! He knew what the issue was with my car. We had great convo. & he has a positive funny personality and great to work with. I wanted to leave this review earlier but it came to mind I didn't give his services a review & I just had to. There were two parts that may have been causing the issue, but he wasn't able to tell until he took a good look at each part. He was very honest that only one part needed replacement, very much appreciated! On top of that, my wife's credit card wasn't working when I went to get the car and pay for it & Rusty was kind enough to let me take the car home & pay for it the next day! I really needed it to take my little one to school the next day & this was very convenient. I'm very grateful! My car is running outstanding! “East Coast Collison in Waldorf MD will be my vehicle's second home for all of my future repairs and needs. I was recently rear ended by another driver which caused more damages than I expected. From the time my vehicle was dropped off up until the time that damages were repaired, I was consistently informed of each step that was taken to complete the repairs and when the repairs would be completed. I have to shout out April for walking me through each step and keeping me up to date. My experience was absolutely amazing with the customer service and care that I received. “So this is how my Friday morning started (8/30/2014)....my car sounded sluggish when turning it on. I drive my car to the local auto supply store...(cough, cough...Auto Zone...). I ask for assistance with purchasing a new battery. The person that rang me up also took the battery outside to install in my car. After encountering issues installing the battery (inexperienced), my car would not start. Remember...I drove it there. Thirty minutes later...two more employees try to assist...to no avail. One of them states that it has to be the alternator. As I'm standing on the sidewalk trying to figure out how ro get my car to a mechanic, I look across the street and see the yellow sign for Myers Auto Service. I've used them in the past and trust their expertise. I call and spoke to Jason Meyers to see if they had a tow truck...because, of course my car won't start. He listened closely to everything I told him that happened before the battery was replaced and what my car was doing now. Then he offered to leave his place of business to assist me! I was shocked; who has a mechanic offer to come to you anymore? He arrived in less than 5 minutes, tests the connection with a tool he bought with him and quickly discovered (in less than a minute!) that the starter cable was never put back on the battery! DUH! (Auto Zone) Jason to the rescue! If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and customer-focused auto service company to help take care of your car (and sanity)...go see Jason Myers at Meyers auto service! Outstanding customer service skills! They have a customer for life!”

On a humble I called Classic and spoke with Angie, she was very helpful and professional. Because of that I moved forward with taking my car. Once on site, I met with Paul who did a thorough walkthrough of the car. The price was reasonable, he even wrote up another estimate for some additional work. The cherry on top for me was yesterday, after dropping off my car. The owner took the time to help me find the value of my car, so that when the work is done I’ll be able to sell it .
