“Overall, 5 star experience. For starters, I was skeptical. I always preferred the dealer for repair, but I decided to give them a shot. The techs are not only body shop knowledgeable, they are also mechanical inclined. Despite having a overall 5 star experience, there was a minor problem that was overlooked. I brought it to their attention and they took immediate action. Unfortunately, it was at the end of day. The following day, I mean at the crack of dawn, she called and said they are in possession of the part and it will be completed and ready for pick up in a hour or two. I arrived at the shop to retrieve the vehicle. As I was pulling in, I noticed my car as it was shinning like I first purchased it.. To my surprise, not only did they washed the outside of vehicle, they cleaned and vacuum the inside of the car.. Vehicle looks amazing. The total time for these repairs took onky a week. They was very fast and made me feel like they valued me as a great customer. Could be because I'm with Geico but either way they treated me good.. lastly, I was able to pick up and drop off the rental vehicle at this location. Essentially, it was a one stop shop. I have mango color charger and I love my experience here!”

“I want to give a shot out to Bobby who was extremely patient with me and helped me to change my wipers and the back one, which was a bit different to handle. Bobby did a great multi-tasking while the store was full with costumers. Over 30 costumers arrived while he was assisting me with my wipers issues. Bobby should be given a bonus for this Christmas ? and, No, I don't know this kids. This is the second time I come and I have received great customer service. However, today was super cold and this kid came out side to helped me. I even told him to go and get his jacket because it was freezing. Bobby, thank you for your help with my Kia Carnival 2022. “East Coast Collison in Waldorf MD will be my vehicle's second home for all of my future repairs and needs. I was recently rear ended by another driver which caused more damages than I expected. From the time my vehicle was dropped off up until the time that damages were repaired, I was consistently informed of each step that was taken to complete the repairs and when the repairs would be completed. I have to shout out April for walking me through each step and keeping me up to date. My experience was absolutely amazing with the customer service and care that I received. I highly recommend East Coast Collison for all of your repair/car needs.”
“wow - if I could give higher than 5 stars I would… incredible experience from start to finish! Chuck H was amazing - super kind, knowledgable, not pushy. I walked in, fell in love with a Sportage (had the intention of wanting a soul) and we immediately proceeded with purchasing. Janet in finance was a powerhouse in the best way and taught me a lot about financing/ rates. My biggest pet peeve with dealerships is feeling pushed - but I never felt like that for a moment here. “I’m providing this review even before my car is repaired. I’ve been so impressed with the customer service thus far. On a humble I called Classic and spoke with Angie, she was very helpful and professional. Because of that I moved forward with taking my car. Once on site, I met with Paul who did a thorough walkthrough of the car. The price was reasonable, he even wrote up another estimate for some additional work. The cherry on top for me was yesterday, after dropping off my car. The owner took the time to help me find the value of my car, so that when the work is done I’ll be able to sell it . I look forward to seeing the final results and working with Classic and their staff.”

“My daughter had a deer run out in front of her and she couldn’t stop in time. The front end of her car was a mess. Joe got her car in immediately and began the process of getting insurance to cover things. Our insurance tried to low ball his estimate several times but he fought back and got the job done right. It took a little extra time but it was so worth it. When we picked up her car it looked like it did the day she drove it off the lot brand new. I will bring all my auto body issues to him from this point on. He will fight any insurance company to make sure you don’t have to!”

“I recently had a tune-up, oil change, and engine flush at this shop. Everyone was courteous and professional. The work was done in a timely manner. However, they failed to inform me about a transmission code that came up during the code reading. The check engine light and repair wrench came on the same day I was serviced. When I took my car back that same day, the young men there couldn't help me. I had to return the next morning to get an explanation about the additional problem. It's frustrating that this issue wasn't mentioned during my initial visit, as I'm sure it was present then.”

“Lost the driver's side wiper while on 301N in the middle of a heavy rain. Pulled into the Waldorf Advanced Auto. Gina B. not only helped me pick the right wiper, but then put it on in the rain. While testing, she noticed the other wiper also needed replacement; so, she did. All told about 15 minutes.”

“I was driving to Leonardtown, MD this past very rainy Saturday morning to pick up a new puppy and had a small pickup window. 30 minutes before my destination the passenger side windshield wiper intermittently started to act up and wasn't returning all the way back down. This interfered with the driver's side wiper and the driver's side wiper flew off. I was able to locate an Auto Zone, get a new wiper and proceed. Less than a minute down the road the passenger side wiper locked up with the driver's side wiper and I realized I needed to find a Jeep dealer. Luckily, DARCARS Jeep in Waldorf was only 4 minutes away and I was able to get there safely. I pulled into the service lane and before I was out of my Jeep, the gentleman inside had come out to see how I was and how they could help me. I explained the situation, the schedule I was on, and asked, was there any way someone could look at the vehicle, and stop the passenger side wiper from interfering. He went to check in the service area and came back with a service technician. The technician went right to work on the wipers, and within 5 minutes had determined the issue, tightened the bolts on the wipers and put on the passenger side wiper that I had to remove to get there and we were ready to go. I cannot fully express how impressed I am with the service I received that day, the kindness and willingness to help, the speed with which the issue was resolved; they made a very unpleasant and stressful situation completely melt away. It is the best experience I have ever had with servicing a vehicle. I went inside to speak to the general manager, to explain how wonderful my experience had been and how impressed I was with the service department. She was equally delightful to speak to and I cannot express how appreciative I am for everything that they all did to help me out that day. We were able to get back on the road, and make it in time to pick up our new puppy, and had the peace of mind knowing that the 2-hour drive home would be a safe one. They listened to all of our concerns and requested and we were in a car within a week! The day of the purchase, we were out of there within an hour, which was very important with our schedules. “Purchased Bad Boy 1022H tractor from TWP motorsports. Had a very nice experience from sales person Alyssa. Initially I thought perhaps the 1022H would be somewhat under power for my project. However I was surprised at it's performance. It is a real powerhouse in a subcompact tractor. It is super well made and very strong with its loader. Prior to purchasing I had looked at several other dealers but none as nice as TWP.
I am extremely pleased that I made the decision to go with Bad Boy. When visiting the dealership I did not realize I had been there before to have the Blue Ox hitch system installed on a vehicle I tow behind my RV. I have been very happy with that product as well having put 30K miles on tow system. I believe if you're interested in a compact tractor or hitch and accessories TWP motorsports is the place. Having never used a compact tractor they patiently addressed all my concerns about the product. I highly recommend this company. I believe you will be very satisfied.”
