My packages are not being delivered. The clerk is very rude at valley lee post. I've filed a complaint with the post master General. I will never step foot in that place again.

I have received only the most helpful, efficient, thoughtful, polite and friendly service from the staff at Valley Lee ever since my box was moved there from Tall Timbers, several years ago.

Terrible customer service! The delivery person uses a child to assist in delivery and our mail usually ends up somewhere else and our mailbox door is ALWAYS left open so when it rains we have wet, ruined mail.
