“My poodle had such an amazing time with Morgan! Morgan can do her thing! She had my poodle, looking so fun and fab! The way that my dogs coat looks super shiny and healthy afterwards was amazing! The level of details she put with my poodle was phenomenal! Not only was Morgan very good at what she does she’s very professional, and so kind and so loving towards animals. You can tell she really loves dogs! I wish that Petsmart could give her a two week paid vacation because she definitely knows what she is doing.”
“They open at 11 AM until 7 PM Monday through Friday, I was the first one in the door on Monday, and was given a thorough explanation as this was my first time. Donna, the owner gave me explicit instructions on what I was to do and all of the available amenities, including four types of soap, the water is automatically tempered to just the right degree. A waterproof apron was provided to keep me dry. I was a wild 30 minutes to complete the bath including drying, which I had no trouble staying within the allotted time the cost was $12, but I gave them a $10 tip because they were so helpful. I will be coming back here at least once a month. Thank you to my friend Shari for referring me to this business. Right next door within the same building is a pet supply including food at reasonable prices. Thank you again.”
“The healthiest fish and most knowledgeable and ethical owner in the tri-state area. I drive one hour to get there because I know that its worth it. This place is a gem. Disregard any negative reviews from Karens who can't or won't control their children from putting their hands in tanks. Respect the owner's hours and establishment. “I think I just had some of the best customer experience I have had in a very long time! Rei greeted me at the door, asked what I needed, showed me my options, and when there was a snafu with the registers automatically discounted by purchase 10% even though he didn't need to. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you!”

“I've been getting pet supplies at this location for 19 years now. Staff, in general, is knowledgeable and friendly. The variety of pet food is great and of superior quality compared to other retailers. Some things like dog costumes and beds can be found cheaper somewhere else. It's a great place to bring kids along so they can watch the fish and other animals.”

“This place is AMAZING! I go in very often for cat and fish supplies. What I love about Petco is that they ask so much about your setup to prevent overcrowding in tanks. A lot of people don’t get certain fish (especially goldfish) have a lot of ammonia output and it’s why their fish died. They prevent abuse of fish and they are more than willing to answer any question I have about my set up or what I should be doing as my next step. They’re not there to “just sell a new tank” or whatever, they are there to ensure their fish are properly taken care of which I love. They care more about the animals than what you think about them and that says A LOT. Always helped with I’ll walk in (I ask a lot of questions) and always without any hesitation. I would give 10 starts if I could.”

“Hi, so last year, I went to this awesome place for the first time and bought a ton of stuff for my baby's first birthday! Bear and I still go there like once a month, he loves it. We went there for his second birthday recently, and he went wild picking toys, and he got cupcakes and some other stuff from the bakery.He also got a new tie, a birthday hat, and a bandana.The people who work there are super nice and helpful.Some things are a bit pricey compared to other places, but I don't mind spoiling my little man!”
