This place is filthy! The entrance way and door is just grimy! It looks like a cesspool of sick germs! The manager Calvin and crew look just as dirty. They appeared in inform unshaved, messy hair, and wrinkled clothes. This is the dirtiest WaWa that I've been in.

Be careful when you come here because they don't put everything in the bags. When you order through the app. The service was not good. I felt as if they were talking to me like I was stupid. All I wanted was the product that I paid for. I asked them if the food was still hot And they did not offer to remake it. Even though this is a new location. It doesn't seem like they have it all together yet.

Last week I pre ordered my usual panini, go to the register and told the older brotha with the beard I have an pick up order and told him the number, he said he didn't know what I was talkin about. I told him it's a food order, so he goes to the area behind the register and says he doesn't see it, so I go to the pick up area to ask and was told it should b here on at the register, so I go back to the register and there it is. I tell the girl I just asked this guy and he said it wasn't there. Of course there was nothing she could say and another brotha looked at me, laughed and said yea i heard him say it. I Came back again, the same dude at the register, said the same dumb thing, "I don't know what u talkin bout", so I just reached back and grabbed my Sh myself.
My other issue is I ordered a cheese panini with veggies, there were plenty of veggies on it, 2nd time there r hardly any vegetables on it. Gonna try it again to see what happens.
7/7/23. So now their cutting up the chicken strips for the bowls. So am I getting the usual 3 strips or am I getting ripped off now that I can't tell how many there r because they cut them up. I think I'm getting ripped off now.
4/4/24. They did it again y'all. They cut up the chicken strips again. I put em together, the equal 2 strips of chicken when there should be 3. WAWA RIPPED ME OFF AGAIN.
6/8/24@5:15. Last 2 times I was here I noticed the bowls were lighter. They're putting less rice in the bowls now

We ordered ahead for curbside pick up, and the whole order was bungled. They substituted items or just didn't include things I paid for, without trying to contact me or ask. When we got there for pick up, we checked in, then waited almost 20 minutes. Finally my husband walked in to get the order. The person behind the counter made multiple excuses, claiming we were supposed to call. The whole order was wrong. Even my coffee, which was simple, cold brew black with room for milk and 2 sugar packets, was totally wrong. They put liquid sugar cane, and cold foam in it. But by this point I was so angry and frustrated, when my husband came out wirh the totally messed up order i decided to attempt to contact corporate for a refund. I'm still waiting to hear back from corporate, 5 days later.

Has edible food and combustible gas. Gruesome location and people constantly park to fuel before sidling in. Employees don't care. Can't get gas, won't stop.

Wish I could give negative stars.Wawa's usually have decent people with Decent service.Came in after the superbowl for a salad and a large, light skin black woman was working. Didn't see a name tag, however her and her coworker were so busy gossiping about a man and his financial situation, that no numbers were being called out. I asked the woman was this "733". She Said that yours isn't it. There was 3 other people standing and waiting for food. I Said "there was no number on the food and your not calling out anything sooooo is this mine?" Shes says "i guess you got a salad right"... as if im supposed to know what other people may or may not have ordered? if you hate your job, find a new one.

Biggest problem is the inconsistency of their breakfast items, every where I look it says Wawa breakfast ends at 11 but not at this specific Wawa. Their breakfast seems to either never get served or they stop serving breakfast before 9. Which breakfast ending earlier would be fine, just it’s annoying never knowing if they’ll have the breakfast items I so crave.

Food is decent for a convenience store but some of the people working overnight have horrible attitudes. If you don't like it don't work at Wawa there are plenty of warehouses in the area that are hiring.

Service is HORRIBLE! Been here 3 times out of convenience to sports fields but won’t return, especially after getting SICK from getting a sandwich there. Usually wawa is pretty decent but this one is just GROSS. Store offers curbside service but won’t actually bring out food. Don’t expect your order to be correct or ready on time. My orders have been 30 minutes delayed and just sitting on the counter. Employees are not helpful. I’ve gone in to see where my curbside order is and saw food just sitting behind counter getting cold while rude, careless employees stand around talking and doing nothing. The food is also NEVER READY on time, even when they aren’t busy, food takes forever! Don’t bother complaining as wawa customer service doesn’t care. You’re better off going elsewhere. Definitely the worst wawa I’ve experienced.
