Did not appreciate the lightskin woman at the front with twists and her nasty tone and attitude. I told her I had a return which then she said “next time you can just use the machine and drop it off” in a really rude way as if I was inconveniencing her.

Educate employees, cashier said there is no walk in for passport application ND website said different. Lady did want to work. Like the others reviews posted, feels ghetto, not like all the regulars usps office. Both ladies were talking like beasties. No professional atmosphere. Don't waste your time. Find another location.

I had an appointment for my passport went in a little early before my appointment customer service was amazing and wasn't that busy and so it was fast and friendly ty for the great experience
