Incredible service from top to bottom! I found this dealership after looking at an SUV that I was interested in on CarGuru. Alex was a great salesperson and went above and beyond. Guided me every step of the way when I bought my used Honda at a great price point with low mileage. Ms. Shelly in finance was easy to work with. Love my used Honda SUV.

Tyrone at Upper Marlboro Ford, made me and my wife feel comfortable and not pressured. I had a specific vehicle in mind, he got it right away for us and took us on a test drive. He asked us plenty of questions on what we wanted, and he was knew how much more each item would cost if we wanted it. This dealership gives off a family vibe. I will come back and get my new truck serviced here as well. This is something I never done. I trust this location. Give Tyrone a call and make sure you holla at Shelly - Anne. She was outstanding getting us out the door. God bless these people!

UPDATE: AUGUST 2024: After the purchase of our truck, we were told the points would show up within 30-60 days (unsure). Well, after months, we remember that our Ford points had not populated. I called service department and spoke with Jasmine. She tried to assist but had to escalate the issue above her. She informed me that she would keep trying to get through until she get a response. She provided me with the number as well to try on my end. Time goes by again and of course I forgot. Well one day, my phone rings and it's Jessica from Ford Service Dept. to inform me that she was able to get through and resolve our point issue. That we should. be able to see the points in our app. I was very thankful that she went above and beyond to assist us. I, myself had forgotten but not Jessica! She is the real MVP in this situation. She deserves recognition. I plan to call the job to report this as well. People love to leave a negative response but I'm going to make sure her boss knows she went above and beyond to assist!!!!
Husband and I showed up 30 minutes before closing looking for the truck we saw online. It was sold. Christian our salesman was professional and polite although it was time to close. I knew they were ready to leave for the evening but it was a sure sell. We knew what we wanted and they provided. He found a similar truck for us. We finalized our paperwork and was out in no time. Finance and the GM were professional as well. Check them out but before closing…. lol

Service department has gone downhill. Between ignoring what I requested ahead of time to leaving my truck with a dead battery and then saying I must have a bad battery that was brand new and not taking ownership of their mess up I would not recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. Even with their follow-up survey zero accountability or even an apology for wasting 2 extra days for a simple service due to their inability to communicate or even look at their systems. Would not trust their inspection of your vehicle.

DISHONEST DEALERSHIP. Refused to honor advertised price from THEIR website for a specific vehicle. (I'm pretty sure this is illegal in the state of Maryland by the way). After two visits and a test drive, sitting down to discuss numbers they presented a sales price much higher than advertised-only then did they claim that there was an error on the website price that they were working on fixing. Didn't bother mentioning this supposed error at any point prior. Complete waste of time.

I dropped off my 2022 Ford F250 on a Monday for a scheduled appointment and picked it up Saturday, 6 days later and it was never looked at. I am a small business owner and rely heavily on this vehicle. Not was resolved.

My Husband took it in because it felt like driving a boat. They put a front end alignment on it and it cost 228.00 which didn't work. They said make another Appointment and we did and they kept it for 3 more days and they wanted almost 1600.00 to fix and they wasn't sure if it would solve the problem. After 4 day we told them to forget it. The Service Department is rotten. PS our Van only had less 25,000 miles on it.

A great disappointment and great frustration in the service, I took my Ford Escape for something that caught my attention in the electrical part and after 8 long hours of waiting they came out and told me that it has nothing in the mechanical part. My appointment was at 9am they received it and after 8 hours without telling me that it would take so long they delivered the car to me at 5 I told them that I shouldn't take it for something mechanical that maybe it's electrical and they say ohhh so you should make another appointment and Maybe you have to keep your car. Omg how angry I don't recommend this place at all the sales part was much nicer but for service at all 0 stars ??????????????????????? ?

Service was fast and everyone I encountered was awesome! The only problem I had was manuvering to get out of the parking lot. No biggie, once the urility truck moved, I was able to leave. Have a great day!! :-)

I am so very disappointed with the service I will not go back.
I purchased my 2019 F250 from Them Its beautiful black on black it turns heads.
I took it in for maintenance service
1.They stepped on my front bumper left mud on my bumper ,scratched my bumper.
2.Greasy nasty finger prints on my leather seat.
3. Oily filth on my steering wheel.
4. Finger prints on my door .
Then the sales department wanted to sell me another truck.
What the.@#%^#
They took no care ,no respect , They need to pay for my hub cap.
Ford does not make parts that fall off.
They need to pay for my bumper repaint.
Only star you get is 0000000

My vehicle was in shop for thirty days waiting for a part. I received no notification. Now it appears the transmission is slipping.

I call early in the week and get in on Saturdays. They have never told me they could not service my truck like other Ford dealerships.
