this place up charges customers and does not give receipts, they cheat their customers and need to be reported to the bbb and the local news for price gouching and fraud.

The store and selection are nice but the customer service is lacking to say the least. The staff are point blank rude. Ive been a handful of times (I dont like to write places off immediately) and Ive only had a good experience with staff once. I remember as it was an abnormal occurance and I was hopeful that they had made some changes. I was wrong. If you are a person who is easily triggered by poor customer service then I would suggest you save yourself the trouble and go to one of the other stores in the area or you may very well catch a case.

"I recently visited Tucker’s Plaza and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The store had an excellent selection of liquor, with an impressive array of choices for wine, whiskey, and tequila lovers. I was particularly impressed with their collection of rare and hard-to-find liquors, which I had been searching for a long time.The store was well-organized, and it was easy to find what I was looking for. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, providing recommendations and answering my questions in a friendly and professional manner. They went above and beyond to help me find a particular bottle of bourbon that was out of stock, and even offered to order it for me.The atmosphere of the store was also very welcoming, with tasteful decorations and lighting that made it feel inviting. I appreciated the attention to detail in the store's design, which added to the overall shopping experience

I just left the drive thru at Tucker's Liquor and Restaurant. The young man who assisted me was rude and appeared annoyed when I asked to exchange the chips I just ordered. He slammed the window as though I was bothering him. When he returned with my chips, I asked him I did I upset him. With a frown on his face, he said no and slammed the window again and walked away. Very bad experience.
