Caution for Tribles account holders:I've faced unauthorized charges and orders on my account without my consent.Despite multiple attempts to contact their management for resolution, including requests for callbacks, I received no response.Finally, I spoke with Mr. Author, the manager at Rockville Tribles, who mentioned their inability to respond due to being busy and abruptly hung up.I've escalated the issue to the Better Business Bureau and plan to reach out to the Tribles front office for resolution.Proceed with caution.Thank you.

I needed a part for my dishwasher, and these guys had it on hand. Blue home improvement box told me special order, weeks out. Thankfully my family will be able to live normally. I'm glad places like this exist and sell to the public. Understand that this is a professional supply house, they aren't here to hold your hand or coach you through your trouble. If you're not competent with fixing things, you should consider hiring a repair service.

The old lady on the counter she is full of arrogance, impolite she doesn’t know how to talk with a customer. I know that she’s an old lady. She doesn’t have the capacity to run the business but I don’t know why the company keeps such unprofessional person on the desk to help the people to get the part on time.

Great prices. Terrible service. I mean absolutely no one I have had to conduct business with has been customer friendly. While I have to do business for my company, I will NO LONGER do business for personal reasons. I rather spend more if the service matches the price. Highly recommend customer service training.

Twice I’ve had appliances in my home fail and both times I’ve gone to TRIBLE’s for the parts needed. Staff is always friendly and professional.

Customer service is horrible. There's a older lady works at the dealer side counter, she treats customers the worst possible way. Literally, she ignores customers. I had to order the part from Ebay because she refused answer a simple question related to the part I wanted purchase from them. I hope she doesn't treat other customers the way she treated me.

Can't go in right now, but can call them to get the part you need. They bring to the front door and let you know it's there.

Called to ask if a replacement part for our GE dishwasher was in stock. Someone answered the phone and transferred me to another person (Tawana) who was very polite. She looked for the part, confirmed it was in stock, and gave me the part number so that I would have it in the future.

Wow the worst customer service ever. I mean they are just Intentionally rude. Talk to you like you are a kid, just disrespectful every time we shop here. i back up parts every day, from different place or order online.Customer service its really bad never ever see like that!
