I’m only giving one star today because placed a pick up order. Recieved notification that one item was not in stock. I cancelled that item. On my way to pick up my other items I decide to go into the store to check my self and there was multiple exact size and item that they said was not in stock. Lucky I checked myself but thanks anyway.

No cashiers, poor selection, long line to purchase one item. Remind me again how retail is better in person? I feel like I wasted my time and the only reason I'll shop here is if someone gives me a gift card.

Largo, Maryland Target is lacking customer service, organization, and a joyful shopping experience. This location offered very little in terms of reasons to return. I’d however return if I was in a bind.

This location needs quite a bit of work, training & upgrades. It's dirty, fairly misshapen and low-staffed. The Starbucks is REALLY REALLY BAD. I definitely plan to stay away from this location.

The shelves were not stocked, the shelves that were stocked at entrance were a mess, and the parking lot was full of trash. Why do we accept this?

Looked for a couple of odd products today (baby spoons and gogurt) with no idea where anything was. All three staffers I ended up asking for help were excellent. Had figured customer service like that was gone, especially at a chain store.

This store deserves ZERO stars! Waiting in the parking spot for my mobile order for 20 minutes. Came into the store to find out they don’t have anyone working the drive-ups because they’re so damn busy. Why take the damn order online??? Either don’t take any mobile orders or cancel the damn thing! I then get to the register to find out it’s not even ready!!! Been waiting for 10 mins in-store for them to put it together. What a hot mess!

Imani at the customer service counter (4/6/24 around 9:15 am) had the NASTIEST attitude! She made a simple return the most uncomfortable process. Today I was reminded as to why I don’t come to this location.

Long lines, staff walking around not helping people. One member started to help but then walked away. Another staff member got annoyed I asked her for help and walked away cursing. So disappointing!!

The Largo, Maryland, Drive-Up option is awesome!!! They are fast, friendly and the parking is GREAT!

What’s the point of having drive up for “convenience” when people forget your items ?????? The drive up employee I spoke with today was rude when I told her my items were missing in my order after I drove all the way home & had to drive back to this location !!!! Unreliable …do yourself a favor and just walk in the store & purchase your own items !!

IF YOU BUY FOOD, CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES ALWAYS! I came here on two occasions where it was expired milk on the shelf and now this time is expired baby food. The parking lot is disgusting, it’s always trash everywhere. Just go to another location.
