Horrible beauty supply besides their inconsistent hours the manager is rude got to the store at 6:42pm while customers were still in the store they locked the doors and refused to open for me even though they close at 7pm the manager yelled and said leave.Never coming back to this location

Besides the selection of products, I don’t know how this beauty supply is so highly rated. When I walked in, the managers (man and woman) were both fussing at the cashier, who was a young black girl. I’m not sure what the issue was, but it was very unprofessional and the cashier looked quite embarrassed. I am sure the managers could have respectfully talked with the cashier in private instead of in this manner. Additionally, I asked the manager, the woman, if she could show me where a product was. I had already walked up and down the aisles but could not find it. She pointed towards the back of the store. I explained that I had checked there and asked if she could show me. She said she couldn’t walk over there because she had things to do. Interesting that helping a potential customer wasn’t one of those things. I won’t be back. Very unprofessional and rude management.

They stalked us throughout the store as if we were stealing they shouted at us and told their workers to lock the door we were prepared to buy items but they treated us so bad there is no way I’m going there again.

Website and sign on door says it closes at 8:30. Got there at 8:24 and the associate would not let me in , stating that they were closed and they lock the door 10 mins early everyday. I understand that the employees would like to leave by a certain time, however you are advertising that you close at 8:30 p.m. I would've gotten in my car and drove, trying to make the store time if you close 10 mins early everyday. If that's the case just advertise that because it's misleading and causes an inconvenience! Here's the issue, a lot of these businesses are established in our communities, and don't mind making money off of us, but refuses to give us the level of service our money demands!!!

This is always a good place. Never disappointed. I was always going to the first guy, but discovered the woman in the middle was just as good when she did my pedicure and mentioned no ones topping her. LolShe said, she's been doing nails and facials for many years. Remember practicing on her uncle, and cut his eyebrows off completely by mistake. But, practice makes perfect - Right!! Lol

My only complaint is the employees don’t really know hair care. Please beauty supply stores stop hiring just anybody. Sometimes we need real advice.
