Friendly and very knowledgeable people working here.My agent's name was Violet, and she was able to review my current policy and explain all my risk and coverage needs. Simple things like knowing that for a few more dollars a month would change my deductible from $500 to $100.00. In other areas she showed me some coverage I was paying for that I really did not need, or the cost did not justify the risk.I recommend this company and my agent.

If I can give this agent less than 1 star I would ! Bruce is very RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL he actually called me a “****** I have never felt so degraded by a human in my life . He lied to me and never paid me money for commissions on policies I have sold for his agency . I have watch him mistreat other staff . Calling another agent “white trash” I mean just the absolute worst he can not be trusted under any circumstances! Be careful choosing this person as your TRUSTED ADVISOR !

Wow. Be very cautious and don’t be fooled by the rating.Bruce Henderson’s name alone says a lot. The positive reviews aren’t real. They can’t be. Not only was my experience with Bruce was awful but I’ve watched as other peoples experience was worse. I have witnessed him on the phone with customers being rude and then proceeded to talk poorly about the customer because he disagreed. As an owner a person should practice patience and professionalism at the very least. My family had a policy with this agency for no more than 1 month. I was so disappointed in the service and unapologetic demeanor we decided to go to another Allstate (and was given better rates).We been with Allstate for over 7 years and this is one of the worst agents I have encountered. He doesn’t represent Allstate well at all and there are much better offices to work with.
