Every time I go in Niecey in the printing departmentis always working hard trying to meet the demands of clients asking questions and taking care of other tasks. All while helping clients in the self service section. She helped me to refill my printer all while tending to customers. She is true multi tasker all while maintaining great customer service! She even helped me with putting my prints in a box so they wouldn't fly away (it was windy that day!). I'll keep coming back as long as she works that section. She does a great job and it reflects great for Staples.”

“so I want to make things clear for the customers.#1 package handlers usually load the trucks and CAN put packages in the wrong truck. If it says that the package is out for delivery and you did not receive it, it is because it couldve been put on the wrong driver's route, which they are not required to deliver to (especially if it's in a whole different area and zip code) and it also could be because the driver sees it on their scanner but it is NOT on their truck. Every issue is not a driver issue. There are jobs specific in the warehouse for the process of delivery from the freight trucks to the dfelivery trucks.#2 if you have your pets or animals runnign wild, we (and other delivery comapnies) are not required to deliver to you if you have animals loose on your property #3 you have a package that requires a signature but you aren't home or have a minor home (we are required to proper company protocol. #5 Some addresses are not properly given (ie a street lane labeled as a road) #4 If you don't have you address in front of your home or mailbox, dfo not expect delivery drivers to magically know where you live. #5 People who live in aparments and do not leave an access code or they are not home to receice their package #6 people who live in the ghetto or in the suburbs where people steal or use drugs #7 obstructions in your path to your house... our saftey is just as important as yours and if you have things blocking the way to deliver to you (the same way the USPS will not deliver if you have any obstuctions by your mailbox) we are not required to deliver to you. Treat your delivery person with respect and please realize that there are many factors outside of your driver when it comes to you receiving your package. Fedex Ground drivers get paid PER STOP via Contractors. So, if they do not deliver a package to you, more than likely it's because of an issue delivering to you. No driver wants to waste their time driving to a customer and not having a package, we are on a time limit and many of us have children and spouses to go home to. Please be considerate.Also trucks are equipted with cameras on the inside and outside of vehicle as well as location tracking for the vehicles!”
