This is a 24/7 gas station but for some reason when I try to pay for my gas at 3am in the morning with cash, the cashier says his systems are down and can not service anybody inside. He says if I want to get gas I would have to pay at the pump with my card. I went to the shell gas station on Woodyard Rd which was about 20 minutes away and paid for my gas with cash, with no problem and the cashier who's name is Kin is very nice and has great customer service.

Car wash broke while inside had to call to be let out. I inconvenienced them and after 20 minutes left without a refund

Shell doesn't post prices of anything to inflate everything. You dont know price till you get to the register. Rockstar energy drink today is 3.77 that's over $1 more than 7-11 and all other Gass stations in the area. Best to avoid gas station.

Avoid the Marlton Shell Station on Crain Highway (Blue Star Memorial) in Upper Marlboro. This station is known for car jacking and skimming at the pumps. My card was charged for additional gas that I didn’t receive. Thought management had improved the crime at this station, I was wrong.

manager lied about something that was seen on camera, refused to give me my money back that i was charged over price for gas. Ignored my texts of concern.Finally replied and contradicted what he said in the orignal message ,about being the pumps axle being malfunctioned. Told me his general manager said i left the pump unattended, when im CLEARLY on CAMERA asked for the general manager info no response. BAD BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS GAS STATION A DIME OF MINE!0

After pumping $20 of gas $175 was taking out a of my account. This station is ripping people off at their pumps. DON'T USE THIS STATION.

This gas station is on fire— right now. One pump is engulfed in flames. And one car is completely engulfed in flames. **I hope the people in the car got out alive.I was about to enter the station to get gas— and a police car pulled across the entrance so I could not get in. At first I couldn’t figure it out— but then I saw the fire. Flames maybe 20 feet in the air.The 5 stars is for the police officer who blocked the entryway—That officer may have saved my life, because I (and others) were about to drive in there. There was another officer who blocked the other entrance. That station could explode at any moment.Those officers are risking their lives in order to keep people from driving in there. Gas fires can explode.**Good chance somebody was smoking. Please people, NEVER smoke a cigarette at a gas station. I see people smoking in gas stations a lot WHY? Please think.

Very nice station. Gas pumps on both sides nlm of the store. Easy to get in and out. Bathroom was clean. The night cashier was very nice.
