Came here a few years ago for mani & pedi and was satisfied, but returned a few weeks ago for a regular pedicure an was not pleased at all, she rushed my service, I was probably done in 20 minutes and a day later noticed fungus on my foot, which I am still treating, never will I ever step foot in this establishment again.

I am a consistent customer, however today when I came in to get my full set removed, I was told that I had to wait behind two people, even though I came in before them as the only person who can remove my nails is the receptionist which absolutely makes no sense. Instead of them telling me this when I walked in, they had me wait 25 minutes before telling me this information. I would have never waited if that was the case.
They were very disrespectful when I left, saying don't come back after I said I won't be returning. I highly recommend you do not get service here. I will not be returning and it's not surprising at all that they have low stars. They have lost a loyal customer due to disrespect and poor customer service.

Why do people continue to patronize this business? It boggles me.
Piss poor customer service.
Piss poor technique.
Lack of color selection (actual colors of quality, that last and have high pigment)
Lack of talent. From properly fitting a nail enhancement to painting. Just No.
I’m convinced that the people that keep showing up here are either in desperate need of service or they know no better.
I’ve tried Nick (back row, far left chair) , the older gentleman that sits next to the owner (woman with glasses on the left upon entry) and the women who sits to the right of Nick.
The woman who sits to the right of Nick was probably the best in terms of technique and kindness (though it’s very hard to understand her). She has a calmness about her that’s welcoming whereas everyone else treats you like you’re an inconvenience cause they hate their job.
Nick is too emotional. Acts like a pre-teen. And thinks he more talented than what he is. See @nailcandyshop in Columbia, MD if you truly want to meet folks on trend and educated in the nail space
My most recent experience was horrific. I had an appt at 3pm. Last minute emergency.
Nick rushed through my pedicure and did a HORRIFIC paint job. And no, that’s not glare on the toes—it’s dips, grooves, foot dryness, uneven painting, uneven filing, uneven color…..just bad. I told him I couldn’t walk out of there with my feet looking like that. He said it would be an additional $30 to take the color off. Keep in mind it has not had a top coat and been cured. He said my only option was to pick another color to put on top. Just to be clear—he’s suggesting $95 cause he did a bad job.
After he put another color on top and cured it, he refused any additional service but refused to say that directly. He said “someone else will do your nails.” When questioned why because the appt was made and all services were noted, he said “take your complaints to the owner.”
He handled it like his 11 year old child. He walked away. He said “I gave you water.” Which had nothing to do with the topic.
Proceed with caution because these aren’t cheap services …cheap in delivery but not cheap cost. They want to charge $65 for a MEDIOCRE (at best) sugar pedi with gel polish.
The saddest part….they gaslight you, all of a sudden don’t understand English and make you feel like you’re wrong for not wanting bad service.
I don’t know about you, but I don’t have time to fight with service providers that don’t care about the end product. Especially when there’s a nail salon on every corner.
There is a huge lack of customer appreciation and I’m shocked so many people patronize this place when J2 in Clinton is so much better (just to name one of many). It’s NEVER too bad to have to spend money here. Think long and hard before you do!!!

Reju is my new (for almost three years) favorite nail salon. My nail tech Jenny is amazing and is always surprising me and sometimes herself with her amazing nail designs. Her touch is so gentle it makes me fall asleep every time she does my nails. Tracy does my pedicures and she is amazing too. Her leg and foot massages are SOOOO Gooood!!! I can't forget about Ms. Helen she is super sweet too. Going there is the highlight of my Monday's.

Horrible experience, I spent 175 and the paint came off my toes the next day. My nail broke two days later. Unbelievable the poor quality service and work. All of my nails didn’t even match and she made my nail bleed. I would never go here again, I would rather by a kit off Amazon and do my nails myself. I would rather buy press on nails, I would rather let my 5 year old paint my nail. I would rather, you get the picture…. I should send the city over to inspect this illegal operation.

The male technician in the salon was rude because I requested that he not use a drill on my nails. This is not a request they often get because the public does not know that over time the drill damages your nail bed. The technicians do not use drills on their own nails if you notice. People in the community need to consider allowing poor treatment towards one of us is an invitation to mistreat all of us. Poor treatment of customers.

Normally I don’t do reviews but I had to do one today and this is not the first time I had problems with this place . They need to shut this place down. The workers have attitudes they don’t listen to people when they have suggestions on how they do nails. I think the lady’s name was Michelle she was aggressive when it came to My fingers she kept trying to turn my fingers in ways they cannot turn I told her that was painful she says that’s the only way that she can do nails which I thought was crazy then I felt rushed every time she was finish she would throw my hands like she had a attitude I don’t know what I did for her to act that way but it was unprofessional.

Every time I give this place a chance they let me down. I came in for a gel polish change. Tom serviced me and he accidentally filed off my acrylic which he was apologetic about, but needed to add back my acrylic. My polish was lumpy on most of my nails when he finished so I asked him to fix which he did. When I got home that evening, I noticed that the clear top coat was not fully done on any of my nails, there was some dried acrylic stuck under my nail and some polish already started peeling off. I came back to get the gel polish fixed, and guess what?! As soon as I got home after, one nail that had JUST been re-polished CHIPPED.

I got my nails done this past Thursday. It is currently Wednesday. It's been 6 days and my nails are already peeling. Plus, the male nail tech who did my nails filed my nails and skin so bad that my cuticles and skins around my fingernails hurt. One of my pinky nails is is not even, its actually shorter than the other one. I gave them another chance, but I will definitely not be giving them a third one. Absolutely horrible experience ?

It was ok... The guy that did my feet want great. I asked if he could massage my leg a little harder (since he was just lightly rubbing my legs) and he said No ? shocker when I am praying for a massage, I should get a message. He did not do a good job overall however, my friend's lady did a good job with her and my daughter's tech was soso... I don't plan to return. The lady at the front was extremely friendly and very nice. She offered us water and was still friendly as we were leaving even though she wasn't the one checking us out.

My Hubby and I came here about 4 years ago for my Bday fill-in and a couples pedicure. Outrageous pricing $147. I decided to give them one more try this past Wednesday 1-4-24. Well needless to say I WILL NOT RETURN. I requested a fill-in, tech decided on a new set...keep saying you need a new set, new set. I have arthritis in my left thumb and a recent bad cut on my right thumb. I asked her to be gentle and ..she was far from it. I didn't want to make a scene because of her aggressiveness despite my request. I took the pen to the paper. Google review...She cut down too short for my desired shape (coffin) but, still charged me for it. Enter at your own risk! You've been warned. I WILL NOT RETURN.

Nick is the best. My nails are always perfectly done when he does them
