I have been going here for years and never once have I been disappointed until today. I walk in at 11:00am to get my nails done. My usual Tech is Tina. Tina always backed up. I know this hence why I come in early. I wanted my nails done first but Tina pushed me to the back for a pedicure again and told me I had one in front of me. I went to the back. I finished my pedicure at 12 just to sit there an hour and her waste my damn time to tell me she gonna take someone before me. Mind you she nor I had an appointment and I’m her regular. I walked out without completing my service. This nail salon is extremely unprofessional & unorganized. They carry on phone conversations while doing your nails, eat in the middle of clients and have astronomically long wait times. If you want to spend 4 hours to get your nails done this is the place to be
