Called to know if my prescription was ready and the attending Pharmacist told me exactly what I needed to do and when to expect a call for pickup. Waited and received a message to come pickup. Pickup was seamless too.”

“This is my go to pharmacy unless I have a prescription to be filled after hours, then I go to CVS (Greenbelt). CVS (Watkins) has my info in their system, my physician sends my prescriptions directly, and I get a text when it's ready. They offer to mail it for a small fee but I always pick it up. I didn't give 5 stars because the pharmacy line is usually long but it does move fairly quickly. I find the staff pleasant and have never had a problem.”

“I am amazed by the number of negative reviews for this pharmacy. I have been using it for 5 years and they have been very efficient and accurate with filling my prescriptions. Sometimes the line is long but a lot of people are picking up their meds. The line moves reasonably quickly. I took away one star because the drive through is very slow but I've learned if the line is too long park and go inside.”

“I have been a this Kaiser location a few times for various annual appointments over the past month, and I can see that overall I am very please with the care I have received. For general/primary care and high traffic services (like bloodwork or scans) there is a bit of a wait, but the staff are very nice, informative, and have great bedside manner. For specialists, there is typically no wait, and I love how all services are in house.”

“This five star rating is for the pharmacy. The women who work here are very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They demonstrated great patience and excellent customer service while assisting me with an insurance issue for an uncommon prescription (other pharmacies were impatient and not willing to take the time to assist). I’ve been coming here for over a year now and these young ladies always go above and beyond.The rest of the store seems to be well stocked and very clean - though I typically just go here for the pharmacy.”

“My husband and I got our covid-19 booster and flu shots here today. We had appointments cancelled at two CVS stores closer to our home in VA because they did not have the supply. We made appointments here and the pharmacy staff was so kind and understanding when we called TWICE today to confirm they had the supply before heading out here. All the employees who helped us today were fantastic and the pharmacist a pro at administering pain-free shots.”
