If I could give the double zero stars I would. Very unprofessional and rude. They towed my car from my complex because they were too lazy to look at my windshield.When I went to pick up my car the guy was so unprofessional, rude and argumentative. The female with him was standing in a ready to attack mode (just ghetto).I don’t understand how these businesses stay in operation with employees who don’t need to be working with people.I also don’t understand why other businesses hire them, if you look at their reviews, they speak volumes. We gotta do better people.

This is a very shady towing facility. They towed my car from my apartment building that I pay to park at. I get there and they state they only take cash or cash app and do not give you a receipt. I will be reporting this business to the BBB.

My vehicle was towed by this company which is understandable, but they claim they open at 8am and they don't. They don't answer phone calls or follow none of their own policies.

They illegally tow cars and try to increase price at the recovery lot after already quoting a cheaper price. Very unprofessional.

One of worse company I meaver seen in my life.I went to their waited for 30 minutes for no reason than she asked for the Vin number I gave her the number than she asked for the phone letter i told her I have everything may I know the reason I'm waiting in sunlight? She closed the window and goodbye.I don't know what kind of people is working here.

They will illegitimately tow your vehicle with parking placard handing on rear view mirror inside, then insist on cash or CashApp payment for recovery fees. If you’re a victim of this towing company’s unethical towing practices, DO NOT PAY with cash or CashApp. Call local police to meet you at vehicle recovery location and insist on paying with a credit card. Paying in cash or with CashApp leaves no recourse for disputing a coerce/forced illegitimate transaction for refund.

they can flag my reviews all they want i will create a new google account each time just for the sole pleasure of telling folks how predatory and choosey they are about towing in my neighborhood !! they don't even tow every night just when they FEEL like it
