Wonderful meal at The Grove Restaurant. Celebrated my wife's birthday there with 12 guests. Professional staff, especially Ms. Paris who handled my reservation and seating arrangements. Kudos to the entire staff.

This is literally one of the friendliest golf courses we have ever been to! The entire team bends over backwards to be accommodating and helpful. Josh, Drew, Nick and Ben are true customer service professionals and we appreciate the hospitality! It was a great day on the course supporting the Maryland Fire Chiefs Assn!

Played at OakCreek this morning. Course was in great shape, pace of play was good but the tall gentleman at check in was horrible! Will take my business to courses where I am welcome.

Played here early this AM for the 1st time in over a year. Checked in with a fairly large gentleman with a generally foul disposition but hey, it was early...Paid $110 for the round and cart, but that doesn't include a warm-up bucket of range balls on a range you can't hit driver? Trivial, but tacky...Have to assume the mower they rely on to cut the tee boxes must be in for service, because every single one was so shaggy, Scooby would recognize. Also have to wonder if the person that rolls/mows the green had the weekend off because every green was SLOW, but true when you didn't have countless ball marks in your line. Not sure if the membership is used to having someone else fix the pitch marks, but I personally repaired 3 or more on EVERY green, not counting my own and can say the same for the other 3 in our group. The pace was actually fantastic! Never waited on a single tee and never had anyone behind us- we saw them occasionally but it would be as we were leaving the green as they approached the tee. Not sure how that happened but it was the actual highlight of the day- no waiting and not being pushed (we play fast so that's never an issue) is a rarity! The day was ended wonderfully when we discovered the restaurant couldn't be bothered to open before 11:00. We happily spent our money for lunch a few miles away at Harvest Thyme Tavern (excellent BTW).Overall, I paid $110 for a $60 course. Really a shame because it is a nice facility and it is a great layout.

Tight but fair. The greens have some serious undulation - more than most in the area. And the staff is terrific. My only negative is the carts can be a pain. Some randomly don’t start when you hit the gas. However, they have instructions in each cart explaining how to handle. If you’re the type that easily is frustrated by minor inconveniences that can be easily fixed, no one wants to be around you but also, maybe find somewhere else to play.

I have been here before, but my last experience was less than stellar. We had the buffet which was mediacore at best, we waited for about 30 minutes for someone to take our drink order, and the music was entirely too loud. It should be called Club Oak Creek.

Ummmmm---it was 90+degrees the day I attended an event at this Club. And AC wasn't working so they provided a portable unit. Let's just say that 30+ people in a hot room did not help. ??

Wonderful scenic seating My (brunch) meal was good. My friends' food took way too long. The Belgian waffle was wheat and not hot. The butter was solid packaging. We couldn't even get melted butter. THAT waffle was removed from the bill! The dinner selections in the past we awesome ?

Just played 18 holes here today 5/21/23 an have never made a review on a golf course ever but this is by far the worst course I have ever played. I get it was a Sunday but charging 93$ for this course is absolutely asinine. You got weeds growing in the fairways bunkers not even racked. I’ve played 40-60$ courses better than this place. If you read reviews before you play at a golf course please read this an stay away from this place. Find a better golf course for a better price in the area! The only nice part about this course is that it’s in a private community. Wish I took photos to show you guys the dead fairways with weeds growing in them. This course is worth no more than 40$ a round. Don’t get ripped off thinking your going to a very nice course an find somewhere else!

Honest review coming from a 3 handicap. I played in HS and college and also worked as grounds crew for 5+ years at a CC in Columbus Ohio.Pros:- Great layout. No holes back-to-back with either tree or house lined fairways/greens. Shape of the fairways and greens is really appealing. Almost has a Nicholas type feel with being able to see the entire hole from the teebox.Cons:- unfortunate but terrible maintenance of the course. Played at 3pm and greens were entirely dried out after being aerified...that shouldn't happen- weeds everywhere... Especially teeboxes! Really sad that you have to pull weeds before you teeup.- plenty of dead patches in the fwy from water ponding. #5 and #7 specifically- 2nd cut is non-existent. It looks like they have the mower for it but don't mow it enough to maintain it.- teeboxes need leveled as most were not flat.I really had high hopes for the course. It wasn't cheap to play but I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. Some small changes to the execution of the course maintenance and this could easily be in the top 5 courses in Maryland...
