Great drop and hook. Shipping and receiving have separate entrance. Yard jockey Drew is a rock star. Everyone is friendly. You drop your trailer inside a tight yard but then wait outside for your empty. Easy. You can also take your break on the street. No bathroom.

I’m a company driver, I checked in at shipping gate; which is a couple of driveways down from receiving, so I dropped my loaded trailer at shipping; not at receiving. Once I drop it on the yard, I drive back up to the guard and get my signed paperwork. I then parked outside on the street and waited for yard jockey to drop an empty on the street, hook and go. Nice folks working the shacks

WARNING TRUCKERS:When you make a delivery even if it's Live they tell you to unhook the trailer and take it to their facility.My unloaded trailer was returned to me after one month. It is impossible to find out from them information about the readiness of the trailer. Neither I nor the dispatcher nor the broker could get this information. If you don't want to be out of work for a month don't take the load to this place

Arrived on a late Saturday afternoon and got my trailer checked in. They r there until 9.30pm. Trailer got empty Monday late afternoon.Thank you so much for the great load.

picked up the cargo from the fall in this place. I was a little disappointed when I read the reviews, but everything was very good. I did not have time to stop in front of the entrance, the guard himself came out to meet me and took my documents, checked the seal and showed me a place where you can leave the trailer. Yes, a little cramped, but for an experienced driver this is not a problem. an empty trailer was picked up at another address only half a mile away. so everything went very quickly.

They play with you and your well being. The pay is great yes. What they do not tell you when you get hired is that they have temporary layout periods. They laid me off 4 times and I was late on my rent so i quit. I have bills and live alone and cant offord these setbacks. It Is a good place to work If you don't mind the lay off periods. Sometimes they will tell you to come to work and then when you get there they tell you they do not need you.

Need to do better management. Unfortunately, for now 0 for this Distrbution center. They are taking one trailer more than a month. I dont know what the lazy workers working in there. I dont know of how they want to do business in a timely and efficient manner.

This place is easy enough to deliver to, but you have to wait on the side of the road for them to bring you an empty from the yard and they honestly aren't in any hurry to get that done.

Don’t bother yourself and come early they will not accept and turn you back! By appointment only!Arrived at 0230 night and was refused to drop trailer and asked to come back tomorrow at 0800Checked in at 0750 and turned back again asked come at 1230 because of my appointment time was at 1300Now I parked on the site of the road and everywhere said NO Parking!

I worked at northstorm for a year in it was thee worst job I have ever worked.... poor management, lazy workers, I was harassed by security several times for no reason... they leave u in outbound in the back of otr with no help, to much favoritism in clicks in that place like if u ain't walking around in acting cool in don't fit in in they lil high school circle u treated like a outcast.... then they had the nerve to let me go because I didn't updated a i9 in I have been here all my life..... just another excuse to get rid of me in I was the best most reliable worker.... in then they wonder why everyone leaving in heading over to target across the steert.......

First we showed up in the morning on our scheduled day to deliver. Looks like you want to show on your scheduled day the guy that came right after me was turned back the day prior for showing up too early. Right at 6 am things wake up here I checked in with security at the talk box. She announced me over the company wide outside intercom. Next, Erin came out got my info and had me park the trailer in a tight location and I was outta here by 630. Erin was great to work with and easy to talk to. Yard guy was good people also.I have not picked up the trailer yet and am hoping this is not an issue. She said the long time to get the trailer back bad reviews are if she accepts trailer not scheduled and gets a back log of trailers. All in all I am pretty happy with this place.
