Not a good bank at this location to deal with.They find wrong information in there system and say this what you owe.

As of August 2023 M&T Bank & its employees seem to be continuing to support the predatory towing practices of Duff’s Towing. My business and I will no longer support M&T bank and the other local business that share that lot.

I go to other M and T banks and they are fast and courteous.THIS BRANCH IS THE WORST. SLOW AND UNRESPONSIVE
