Had my key, and it was made perfectly and worked when I got home. I wish I got the guy's name who made the key for me he was really professional and I enjoyed talking to with him he made the time they're very pleasant he deserves something for how good he was with me maybe I'll go back and find him to get his name so he can get credit for his outstanding service.

I visited the store last Saturday. Had a question about plants. Some guy showed up chewing something. His face expression clearly showed that he didn't want to be there and he didn't want me to be there. He didn't know the answer to my question and so he just started working around slowly, reading labels on the pots (which I can do by myself). I ended up leaving. Also : "Ssup?" is not how you greet the customer.

Terrible business run by incompetent people. If you want missing and broken items delivered that take countless hours on hold with customer service that will infuriate you and make you contemplate homicide before resolving nothing, then this is the store for you! If you don’t want to raise your blood pressure by dealing with an endless clown show that takes your money and delivers only a fraction of what you’ve paid for, then take your business elsewhere. Unbelievable…

No one wanted to work... needed assistance in the blinds department.. no one came to help after several pages.. employees kept brushing me off telling me they would get someone else to assist.. no one came.. so I just left

I say I don't like Lowes yet continually willingly shop here. So I must be crazy...
In all seriousness, Lowes in Largo beats out Home Depot a few miles down the road by a landslide. Lowes is a full size hardware store, while Home Depot in Capitol Heights Is a hardware store shoe horned into where a different store used to be. Sacrifices were made and the selection suffers. Also, at Lowes a LOT more things aren't bolted down, which is reassuring.
Long story short, I love this Lowes
