This company is the worse company ever I use to work for em and the boss I had fired me because I knew that him and his workers were stealing the packages and selling em on Facebook maket place so he knew I was gonna say something cuz he kept been rude to me so he fired me for me to not say anything

I spoke to.someone today on the phone about my undelivered package and surprisingly he didn't wait for me to explain about taking the tracking no. He treated me like his 8 year old child by telling me shhhhhhhh...I'm talking..3x. I furious in the inside of me. Before I could say another. Word. I began to hear music play..he hung up on me or transfered me. I waited for 10.minutes and cut off. Issue not resolved

This delivery service is a scam and they’re stealing packages. They lied and said my package was delivered to the front door when it wasn’t delivered at all. I reached out to the via text and they claimed they submitted a ticket. The company I reordered from had to reship my package. A few months back, they left my package outside on the ground so it could get stolen. They didn’t even attempt to enter the apartment building. We have a locker room specifically for packages and they left mine outside. I just got a message saying they have my replacement package but I don’t trust I’ll get it.

They said my package was out for delivery then delivered 2 minutes later when it was intact not delivered, my package then “sat” in a warehouse for over a week where it got scanned 7 different times, custom service was trash and only answered me one time, when it was finally delivered 9 days after they originally said it was delivered it was very clearly ripped open and taped back together and half my package was missing. I would pay extra to not have my package shipped through them, the worst shipping experience I’ve ever had and so disappointing

I ordered from 3 different companies and all 3 times I had to get a refund from the companies I bought from. They delivered my package 11PM AT NIGHT. Which caused my package to be stolen. The second time they couldn't enter the lobby area of the apartment building. I asked why can't you deliver in front of the door. They said it was due to theft. They discarded my items based on their tracking services. Then the third time I was called by them to schedule me to get the package. I told them I work evenings and will be home till a certain time. They were polite on the phone. But I wasted my entire morning waiting for them. Still waiting in limbo. When you buy something and a company uses lasership email them and cancel your order. All I gain from using this company is a headache and a waste of time.

LASERSHIP/ONTRAC is a HORRIBLE shipping company. They never deliver packages where they are suppose to. My package was left at the mailbox rather my door step. They take bogus pictures indicating they delivered the package but it's not true at all! ???

The front desk associate here was very helpful with getting my package to me after a failed delivery attempt. I have had a few negative experiences with this company in the past, but I’m happy to say that this experience we immensely positive! Thanks again

The deliver address was for the US POSTAL SERVICE, how do you not understand the US POSTAL SERVICE. The picture was taken in an ally and stated it was supposed to be delivered October 24,2023…. An alley way really? I would give 0 starts

This is more on the service (or lack of) than a specific location. Packages are just left randomly, if they are left at all. Avoid at all cost.

This is the second time they said my address was not correct, because they wouldn't or didnt use the security telephone to let themselves in.Since temu think this the company they want to deliver their packages, I will not be buying from them again.

This company is a scam!!!!!!They steal your packages and lie to the customers. First message that I received said that they attempted to deliver my package which is a bold face lie. Now I cannot speak to an agent in real time to track my package. They need to be reported. I hope that nobody ever does business with this scamming company.

LASERSHIP/ONTRAC is a HORRIBLE shipping company. They never deliver packages where they are suppose to. My package was left at the mailbox rather my door step. They take bogus pictures indicating they delivered the package but it's not true at all! If you try to file a claims ticket, the system will close out your ticket WITHOUT notifying you!! I wish consumer affairs would close their Upper Marlboro location! I will definitely file a BBB claim against them! This is pathetic shipping company! Dont fall for the Ontrac rebrand name, it's just Lasership trying to save face!

This facility stole my package. Saw it was shoes from Nike. Nike should never use them again. They didn’t even lie to say they delivered the package. They just never did and updated the tracking everyday saying it was on the way. Glad I got a refund.

THIS COMOANY NEED TO CLOSE DOWN SOON IN THIS AREA UPPER MALBORO! This is second time the package say delivered but I didn’t RECEIVED it !! THE DELIVERY PERSON ARE STEALING THE PACKAGE! We need to report them to close it down never use them again at alll
