My experience was negative. I took my two kids for a pediatric blood draw and the tech we encountered at first was very rude and overall nasty. She needs some training on soft skills especially as it relates to handling her patients. It took her sometime to find a vein (understandable) and she did not hide her frustration or displeasure at the fact that a 3-year old's vein was difficult to find. Well, after she poked and got 3 tubes (out of 4) from my son, she decided that he was too dehydrated and said "this is just not gonna work" and tossed the tubes in the bin while mumbling under her breath and left the room. Mark you, my daughter was also scheduled for a blood draw but the said tech did not even try to attend to her, she just left the room and went about her business. Her negative demeanor throughout the process left us feeling as though we were a burden or an inconvenience. We could see her frustration on her face and also through the aggression with which she handled a 3 year old. Her attitude was quite nasty and unnacceptable.I am glad that the other tech by the name 'Najaah' offered to draw my daughter's blood, and was even kind enough to attempt a second draw on my son for which she got all the four tubes. She was also kind and courteous throughout and we appreciate that. As a healthcare worker myself, I can confidently say that Najaah embodies what patient care is all about and the other lady needs to know that when she joined this field, she purposed to be of service to the patients. Patients should never be left feeling as though they are a burden.Needless to say, I will not be returning to this particular location in future.

I had a great experience at this location. I was in and out in 10 minutes (I had an appointment). The staff was efficient and professional. I would definitely return if needed.

Never had a problem with this office. Always courteous & efficient. I don't like the check in kiosk but ok. I don't spend a lot of time waiting to get tested.

Honestly this was surprisingly the fastest and easiest location I've ever had bloodwork done. I got my lab requests yesterday, logged in about 9:45 am. Scheduled an appointment on the website for 10:15 am. I arrived at 10:13, they called me in at 10:15. I was done with 5 minutes and back out the door. The only issue is there's no one to call if you have questions. The automated messages will drive you nuts. Other than that, no complaints!

I had one bad experience the first time I went there where someone was very unprofessional, but then had two great experiences! Very professional, quick, nice, and helpful. Please, continue with the good work!

Thursday, Dec 8, around 2:00pm, I went in to get pre op blood work. The receptionist stated that I owe $50.00 for lab work. I stated that Aetna plan has no co-pay. She said we cannot provide you service. So I decided to call Aetna myself and discuss with them having same issue with payment. She was very rude. Called Aetna they were able to correct the era from 2019. Aetna called the office for twenty minutes unable to reach the lab Tech. So I decided to return to the office. Stated that Aetna has been trying to call the office, seems like when Aetna called again the phone did not ring at all, however they finally answered. Her attitude caught me off guard, once she had spoken with Aetna Rep. We were able to find out the bill was due from 2019 due to partial co-pay to my doctor. Which somehow created the Lab to reject service. So I offer to make payment she denied my payment she ignored me. I sat there for 10 minutes and reminded her ready to make payment. I asked her why she had an attitude. She responded by yelling with an attitude, then started raising her voice. She kept going on. Finally it was time to close. I was present in the office from 3:40 pm (check the security cameras), to confirm. Also she stated that I slammed the paper work and credit card down. I did not watch the video. She did not provide her name very unprofessional. I felt extremely disrespected and uncomfortable. She has no business in this field of work. As for the the other young lady that was present she immensely stated I can’t do this. Huh just want my blood work done. Bad experience.

Had a 0745 appointment and had to check in with the kiosk! Seamless process! As I hit the last enter on the screen the Receptionist acknowledged and sent me to Room 1. In and out within 12 minutes! Stick was painless.

The doctor provide me an email copy of the referral for a routine blood work. They didn't even want to help me. The front desk person didn't want to help me because I have to print It. Nosense to me. I don't have access to a printer to print the referral. I quote "I don't want to recreate that referral". While sitting with all the nurses there doing nothing but gossiping. I don't recommend anyone coming here.

On Thursday, July 23, around 1:15pm, I went in to get pre op blood work. I was on crutches. When I gave the receptionist the paper work she looked at it and started going off stating “we don’t do STAT after 12pm. This isn’t how you do it.” She was immediately aggravated and on 10. I was so confused because the paper work came from the doctor not me. I had nothing to do with the requested timeframe. Her attitude caught me off guard and I asked her why she was coming at me and why she had an attitude. That made it worse. She abrasively responded that she didn’t have and attitude, got louder, and then started breathing heavily to try and calm herself down. But she kept going on. Finally my mother-in-law intervened and got her to communicate what could be done that day. As I hobbled to the back to get my blood work drawn I could still hear her at the front murmuring about the situation and being unprofessional. I felt extremely disrespected and uncomfortable. She didn’t even greet us and she showed not empathy. She didn’t try to help figure out the situation. She was so ignorant. She needs soft skills training and customer service training. Worst experience ever!
